Peo vs Cerber the wholesome british dog, chacha the vtuber who roleplay as filian's mom at some point, arielle who i only found out today and didnt do more research. I think her biggest competition would be Cerber since she has the swarm by her side.

So in terms of community size, Peo has a pretty good chance of this, though that doesn't account for friend networks and such. Were it a measure of pure cuteness, of course, she'd crash the voting website.
From "follower numbers" perspective Peo has the most subscribers among the 4, but Cerber, who funnily enough has the least following, will be the hardest to beat, since she has the swarm (Neuro-sama/ Vedal987 community) backing her, and trust me, the swarm is crazy.
