I love every part of this: the giant squisher, the slap of the bed flopping over when it folds it and it just falling on the floor when it's done. Ludicrous. Amazing.
@@theeuprise what I ended up doing, I already had the box the mattress and rolllaway frame came in (i kept it for the trial period, it was so uncomfortable). What I did was use me weight ro fold the mattress as flat as I could get it, then wrapped it in heavy duty garbage bags taping it in shape with shipping tape. I put the frame in the box and the mattress in the fold of the of the frame. The matress was still huge so instead of taping the box flaps flat, i stood all 4 sides up and used a roll and a half of shipping tape and it worked. I hope this helped someone eles. Always keep ur boxes until ur sure u want the item or to give it time to see if it breaks or not.
Got my first bed-in-a-box today; king hybrid. I cannot believe this doesn’t damage the mattress whatsoever. Thankful this exists because there was no way for me to get a king upstairs based on our stairs being having a split-turn and no open foyer.
You can bend a mattress to a 45 angle if needed and you’re gonna have to remove it as well as the guy above me said. Unless u plan on bucking it in half or hucking it out a window 🤣
Great do it yourself at home method, yep 👍🏼 I’ll track down buying the machine on market place. Just need to find a crane to move the machine once found.
Three years late, but commentary during the video would have been great. Here's what you are seeing... Beginning to :25, mattress is inserted into plastic bag. :25 - 1:00, mattress is compressed. 1:00 - 1:15, vacuum is pulled on bag (like a seal-a-meal) and then edge is heated and sealed off. 1:15- 1:35, mattress is folded in half and sent to the outer plastic wrap machine. 1:35 - 2:00, mattress is rolled and wrapped in an outer plastic wrap. 2:00 - end, mattress is deposited from the machine, rolled and wrapped and ready to be boxed. You're welcome.
This packing is amazing, but there is one big problem with that. Once you open that vacuum sealed packing and unfold mattress, it's impossible to put it back. Yet some sellers saying within their refund policy: "IF YOU REQUIRE A REFUND PLEASE RETURN THE MATTRESS IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING". I'm seriously wondering HOW?!?
So Im brand new to the channel but im actually in the market for a new matress. Hints how I found your channel. That being said any opinions on Automatic Bed frames? or even sleeping pods?
I have one of those machines in my Garage, been saving it to kill Terminators, I can take advantage of those return warranties for the Mattress in a Box since you have to put it back in the box to return it.
Looks up how to fold a mattress oh maybe oh maybe I can do it myself: presented with industrial machinery: I can definitely DYI this at home. No kidding, I knew I couldn’t get it back to how it was shipped.
That's a nice piece of equipment, but vacuum packing a foam mattress isn't hard. A VacuFlat bag and a household vacuum will do the trick -- and I have videos on my channel to show you how.
Hello. We actually did a video on how to return a bed in a box mattress as it is a very common question we get. - ua-cam.com/video/CWwy6QBSjpw/v-deo.html Most if not all of the bed in a box companies will not require the customer to roll the mattress back up in order to return it. They will probably ask you to donate the mattress or they will contract with a local charity come by in order to pick it up to donate it themselves.
We have a video of how to return bed in a box mattresses in a week. Every company has a differing return policy, but none of the companies require customers to try and fit it back into a box. Some companies will have a company come by to pick up the mattress for you and will donate the mattress and others will have you donate them to a reputable charity.

David Kramer Hahahaha. You can move your mattress easily now! Now to move the machine with it... 😂
lol! Going to try and use a ratchet strap.
hahaha this made me laugh!. I'm frustrated because i don't know how to send this mattress back!
@@AppleSlicesUnite use a couple of ratchet straps to fold it. it works great, i just moved out of a very tiny apartment.

Good luck if you ever need to get it out

Mine went bad after a year

Lmfao
Lol you can use a vacuum and a mattress vacuum sealing bag 🤪
@@empresssk
Lol. That’s just what I do.
Oh nice. Yeah I just happened to have an industrial mattress press in my attic. Why didn't I think of that?
I bought one and have always wondered how they did that. Now I know
Great fun when you open them up
That's cool I just bought a lucid hybrid memory foam. Interesting to see how they do this
Lol same here
Title makes it sound like that's something you could do at home, title should say "how a memory foam mattress is folded and rolled up", not how to!
I think they did that on purpose
Lol so true 😂😂
rolling mattress into packaging vs rigid mattress ? which one more quality for sleeping ?
Wish they’d post the Amazon link for this machine.
😅😅😅

I don't need commentary because I can see what I am seeing
Texas educashun right here
My parents picked up my order and told to the mail man "my son would not order this" then it was all cool when it started expanding...very cool.
So how do i do this to my bed?
Sutely i love mine, regardless the price tag.
So fun to watch☺
Amazing
i want to know how to do it if i don't have one of those machines

Note to self: if i want to send mattress back just get me a giant squishy machine and then a rolley polley 😊
thanks

I keep getting PC load letter, what the F does that mean?

A airline executive is probably watching and thinking how this can be used to fit more people in an airplane.

I really wanted to see a tiny gobstopper fall out
shellbullet37 😂😂😂😂😂
Where is this facility? I'll pay to have my mattress rolled up.
does this mattress have any sort of springs?
Cris Landeros no
pocket coil mattresses can be rolled up also.
where can I do this kind of setup?
Yes.
I wondered how they did this lol
Cool
This is one technology that people from the 20th century would laugh in disbelief
Lmao the 17th century would have someone dead for witchcraft

Be like $200 for the mattress and $1 million for the machine 😂
"how to"
I was really hoping a vaccume bag would do the trick. Looks like I'm f***ed
You don’t need these machines. Amazon sells bags you can put your mattress in and you use a vacuum.
they don't just do this to make shipping cheaper or easier, they do it so you CANT RETURN THEM!!!

So basically, they've made it physically impossible to reseal the matress once you've opened it mwaning the return polocy is a scam.
