Hey Arif, you're definitely right. And I did mention that at the top of the video. I've been in this hobby for so long that these days I tend to enjoy using premium off-the-shelf materials that I save up for. Years ago I was mostly DIY. When you create your terrariums, where do you source your materials? 🙂
@@LoganRandoAquascaping I lucky I live in tropical country so I could pick freebies from local farm, aquatic plants are supercheap except anubias farmer lol. But for fancy uncommon plant I had to buy. Still dirt cheap price though! varied from 1-5$. and the rarest baby jungle plant never exceeds 30$ (ardisia, labisia are the expensive one.) Bucephalandra are very cheap also. now you know where I live right? 😂 Most aquariums gear and substrate I have are local brands, support local stuff in the first place👍
You can't go wrong with terrariums nice work 👍
A mix of aquatic and terrestrial terrarium plants works well also . Great how to video.
Very true. I went all aquatic this time, but next time I want to mix in a bunch of colorful terrestrial plants
