What do the different modes do ? S, P & H and on my warehouse ones the H mode is locked

The different modes are Soft Powerful and Hard.

So I started this warehouse job and the forklift they have , both front and rear lights don’t turn on at all..can you do a video on where to check? All I know is where the battery is but was thinking of searching under the steering but don’t want to mess up anything

How to unlock lifting without sitting on the forklift and fastening the seat belt?

Look at the wiring of the seat, whether the seat belt is connected in series with the seat switch. Otherwise you can turn off the seat belt switch in the options menu.
A seat switch should always work!
