Are you sure this is the entire roster? There might be more DLC pack, Lyn and Celica can’t be the only characters from their respective Fire Emblem series, you know.
Well they haven't exactly confirmed that this is the entire roster. It's just the end of the "season" of dlc. I doubt they're going to stop here. There are so many obvious things they haven't done yet.

MegaGame63 There's no way to know. There are still almost completed characters that aren't playable in the form of the villains. We'll probably at the least get them. There's also a huge amount of the franchise that hasn't been represented yet, and I don't think they plan on keeping it that way. Hyrule Warriors did a good job covering the games they missed even after release.

Basically her entire character in a nutshell, it’s more natural in Awakening since it’s how she behaves - flustered when engaging with others, confident when fighting and bold in battle - but here it’s almost as if it wasn’t supposed to be like that.

He painstakingly set up an archery target, in a middle of a war, only to destroy it. The very definition of wasting time and effort.
Faizal Nur Ajiz But he did it in an attempt to show off his talent to whomever may see it, despite being completely unnecessary and not worth the effort. To me, that's totally something he would do.
The rule of Fire Emblem Warriors, if you have a weapon with a long hilt / a flying creature you ride, you will probably spin your weapon a few times before swinging it at the screen.
Which is one of the worst thing to do while riding a flying creature, next to moving the weapon full swing near their head.

This is just some strange idea I have in my mind.... but why do I want to see Alm dual wield Falchion and the Royal Sword? Incorporate Scendscale and Double Lion into his kit. Laser swords aren't uncommon in Warriors though... how to make him stand out is the question....

Maybelle Summers There are just so many awesome villains. I like Validar as much as the next guy, but there’s no reason for him to be the sole representation of Fire Emblem antagonism. They wouldn’t have even needed to make movesets. They just clone everyone anyway. I just wanted to see Gangrel and Walhart. They’re so awesome!
I would have LOVED to see Walhart and Garon. I don't mind the villains they chose, I think Validar and Iago are very cool (I had never heard of Gharnef before Warriors unfortunately) but it's kind of lame that they all fight the same. Even if Walhart attacked just like Frederick at least it would have made the villains more unique.
Side note, I would like more classes represented in playable characters. There's no Bow Knights, Generals, or Ninjas and that's a shame because those are some of my favorite classes. Imagine if Virion, Kellam, and Kaze were in! It'd be awesome!
Well Kellam would be just broken because none of the enemies would attack.
Joking aside, it woulda been great to have villains and supports. Or even more interestingly, a pre-slime-monster Garon. I think I'd pay good money to see a support between him and Sakura.

After a year of this being out, then coming back to watch this after not playing it in a long while. I think FE Warriors still has the best looking 3D models for any FE characters, topping their Smash models.

@@sonicthehedge Hey I couldn't bring myself to hate Rowan or Darios because Rowan was voiced by Nicholas Roye (I think thats his name.) and Darios was a possessed character (and I think IS is catching onto the fact that evil possessed characters make for some good bosses (Grima[Robin], Takumi, Berkut, and Darios). Now that we have beast units in Heroes, Rowan and Lianna can use their prf weapons with a beastslayer effect and Darios could have Risyl which can double the effects of Vengeance (maybe).

Celica's battle cutscene looks so good. If they ever make an echoes dlc, I hope she gets her own moveset and a buff to her stats.
They probably wouldn’t give her a new moveset, since it would screw over those who used her normally, but a next wave of DLC featuring Echoes characters could be good. Conrad and Lukas could be the first lance Cavalier and armour unit in the game respectively, and they could add Delthea with a moveset you could imagine Celica having.
Or they could put in Faye as an Archer just for a laugh.

Even though this game didn't get the best reception (I liked it however), you've got to hand it to the developers for the sheer amount of work they put into these character models.
the biggest problem was the roster. seriously, how can you have five components of the titular fire emblem and not have characters representing five games? if it had to be three games being represented, i would have replaced fates with blazing blade, so the entire game would be represented by milestone titles (shadow dragon started the series, blazing blade made it international and awakening made it mainstream) hopefully there will be a sequel that irons out most of the issues and has more of an actual story rather than one throwback chapter after another

No. 1 for me is Minerva's. She scares the crap out of me. Reason one, she has far too much strength. Reason two, she has a freaking dragon. Do I need more?
No. 2 is Lyn. By Naga, that camera man is dead. He just doesn't know it yet.
No. 3 is Lucina's. Purely because she's my main and her lines are epic, even when you don't understand the context of why she says them.
No. 4 is Celica. You don't mess with Ragnarok.
No. 5 is Darios. He says his line with such psychotic glee it chills a guy, especially when they know what he'll do to even his own father.
If Berkut ever came in though, they better not make a reference to Rinea. Poor girl.
Though, a Dread Fighter would be nice in FE Warriors, they are OP in Echoes, Baron's would be welcome too, turn Oboro into a Baron lol

I'd really love to see Roy and Ike added to the roster. Yes, I want that because they were in Smash Bros, I'm sorry. To me, familiar faces are the most welcome. I was happy to see Chrom, Lucina, Tiki (who I recognized from Project X Zone 2), Robin, Corrin, and especially Marth. I also wouldn't have recognized Anna, the Hoshidan siblings, or Gharnef if I hadn't seen them in the (mostly unfinished) TV Tropes pantheon.
My favorites are Niles, Leo, Camilla, Robin, Corrin, Owain, Darios, and Oboro.
