1:10 and just before, I hope those drivers don't get red light tickets. Rule of thumb, no matter how much they are in a rush, don't push people through red lights.
Actually, in london, they are...... I've gone to london 4 months ago and stayed there for about 2 and a half months. Most of them responding are drunk gang, house robberies and such.
Emergency vehicle drivers should know better than pushing vehicles through red lights, unless clear, they should sit back, sirens off and ready to go as soon as traffic moves, siren on to allow people to move out of the way. Blatant miss use by many emergency drivers. Yes they can go through red lights, but only if safe to do so and if they cause an accident, they like us, would be held responsible.
Don't ever move through a red light for a police vehicle, if you get prosecuted the police will NOT back you or stand up for you , their only speeding to a mac's drive through

the most memorable unmarked cars ive ever seen with lights on in real life was an audi TTS and a mazda RX8

Notice they are all station wagons, which leads me to believe they are SWAT vehicles. The officer has a lot of kit that needs to be transported.

Although inconsiderate the pedestrians have right of way as the response car has to treat the red light as a give way
