Love these beginner workouts! I'm just learning rebounding but I can see this being an active recovery workout or a nice warm up or cool down to other workouts.
Hey just did this workout..I would say yes it's good 👍 to have beginner trampoline sessions. 20 minutes -30 minutes is a perfect time...I would love to see the kickboxing thrown in aswell. Double effort and Triple the fun. Love ❤ the music in this one 😊
This was so much fun I paired it with ankle and wrist weights and boy did I feel my core. When the moves are basic I can concentrate more on tightening my core and lifting my knees. Thanks for mixing it up for us! With gratitude 🙌🏽...Thank you Michelle and Crew❣️

Looking forward to doing this workout! I had a knee replacement 6 months ago and the more advanced rebound w/outs are great, but I still have to modify some moves. Weird question, what sunscreen do you use? Your skin looks great!!!!! Colorado sun can be brutal!

Ahh, this was a nice change to the intermediate workouts. My feet and calves feel sore and tired so my body needed something easier today.
