You can take it off but it looks better on. But you take off the chain stay and put it upside down in a vice. And cut the whole bottom off. Then I took a heat gun and heated up the chain stay and stuck a piece of scrap wood in between the 2 halves of the chain stay to kind of spread its wings. Then let it cool and the 2 haves were wider apart. So I have the look of the chain stay but it doesn’t do anything. Well it will stop the chain from coming off from the side but not the bottom. I would send you a picture but I can’t. Maybe I’ll do a video. I have a few videos of the RFN on my channel. But my RFN has 9 seconds of rocket mode. That sucks.
I went to go and buy the Talaria Sting R until I saw the RFN Endurance model which has conflicting powers online. The dealer said it was 12.5kw. I’m so tempted by it because it looks so much nicer. I’m just nervous because it isn’t as well tested as the Talaria. Great review 👍🏼
You have to cut the bottom of the rear chain stay off. You don’t need it because the chain tension does not change with the suspension compression. All it does is make noise. So if you cut the bottom of the chain stay off it will be so much quieter.
I was lucky and it came mapped in for a minute , the issue I have now is the brake sensor I want to remove it but you have to activate the bike by holding the brake so I’m not sure whether it will work by simply unplugging it any help appreciated

i bought a talaria mx4....and a rfn...was severly disapionted with the rfn...gutless
