When you have little children it’s so hard to get in a good routine with self care especially as you are always tending to your children and partner. But it’s only right to spend time on yourself & to grade care of yourself & your mind too❤️❤️
Growing up in a household with narcissistic women who felt they hadddd to have a toxic man in the home to be complete, made me want to be the total opposite of that. I want to show my future children what being a woman who takes care of her entire being truly is. It's been a rocky journey . But now as I sit on the balcony of my condo with a view of the entire city watching your videos again like when I was 16 trying to figure life out without any means. I see how far I can really go. Admiring to one day build my own home and give myself the most luxurious and spiritually aligned life I can. You've helped me soo much !! You helped me along into my womanhood when I didn't have any other examples. Thank you beyond understanding !!!

Swear I did this the same day u posted it on ig n I did it again today girl all women single moms especially needs self care days. My son caters to me after I’m out we do face mask and coconut oil facials after. He lotions my back n massages it I don’t even ask. But he knows I have chronic back pain n depression and anxiety I love his lil soul.
This video was everything. I definitely need to do this once my daughter is sleep since it's just us at night. But one thing I couldn't do is a bedroom that close to the kitchen. My diabetes would never be under control
