You laugh at me because I'm different, I laugh at you because you're all the same.
-Jonathan Davis
Pretty good quote don’t ya think?
I had this quote on my backpack back in my school days (: Everyone was disturbed by it^^
is that not a quote by kurt cobain
@@liamconway8142 no it's by jd he told me himself.
ManUNkind fucking sheep they are
Worst quote. Everyone who thinks that are mostly the same, haha. I dressed in all black in school (goth if you'd like) and like a third of my friends had a black tshirt saying the same thing. How is that different? Also, I'm sure Jonathan Davis wasn't the first person to think of that.
It's always amusing seeing people listening to music for the first time I grew up listening to
Same Im 13 but my mom always played this type of music and I grew to love 70s 80s and 90s music
Agreed
Jon is 4 years older than me... yes im their fan from the start
I know, right??
Same but I'm 8
I'm 64 yrs old and I love Korn! This song is my alarm on my phone. A great way to wake up!
Respect dude !!!
Respec
I’m 40, will you adopt me?
I have Wake Up from Issues as a alarm
@@Squidbear33911 aha same thinking 👌👍
You would enjoy Twisted Transistor by Korn as well, especially the music video being a hip hop head LOL someone who knows what I'm talking about will get this.
Yeah that video was so funny, I love that korn doesn't take themselves to seriously.
But this is a metal reaction channel and that’s not a good example of Korn as a metal band. Although it is a decent song, just not for this channel.
@@ShadowMSP123 I feel like just for the sake of the video it would be worth the watch.
It's pink
Korn- Blind live
The crowd ist soooo insane :D
At the Woodstock 99 concert it sure is!
Christian Escher woodstock '99
He scored the movie "Queen of the Damned" and all the rock songs on it
My favorite movie of all time is Queen of the Damned and I love the music, plus I had a huge crush on JD as a teen, God that kilt did so much to my teenage hormones!
Him and disturbed
@@BeaniRose me too! Had the hugest crush on him
What???? I'll watch it again
Some of the coolest Korn songs you wouldn't ever regret listening and reacting to are' CLOWN, SOMEBODY SOMEONE, THOUGHTLESS, DID MY TIME, INSANE and (my new favorite) BLACK IS THE SOUL. Actually, listen to their whole latest album as son as you got the chance. It'll blow your mind.
Daddy
@@anomalous9771 Absolutely, I understand some find it ultra disturbing, which is sort of is, especially when you know the context, but honestly I find it therapeutic to listen to. It hits home and strikes me with more power and emotion then any song ever has, and ever will. I will never forget the first time I listened to that🤘
Dude, this song save my life back in the day when i was dealing with depression.
Love you bro, i'm so glad that you like the song
I think you should listen to more Korn like Blind, Clown, Make me Bad or Freak on a Leash
what he said ^^
i think twisted transistor would blow dudes mind the video anyway
Twisted Transistor isnt really rock Korn tho, its like more late evolved, as he says hes a hip hop head, show him the dirty OG band then show the transition to what they evolved too, shame this was listened to before others
Falling Away From Me
Got The Life
helmet in the bush, chutes and ladders, Adidas, daddy
Freak on a Leash?
Freak on a leash is one of my fav vids. Or maybe try rotting in vain, twisted transistor (has snoop dog and xibit in) or get up (ft skrillex)
+ Blind + Blind live + Did my time + Insane
Better check official video, not a live version
black is the soul, very cool song.
He needs to go to start of it all with blind
Love how your not afraid to talk about mental health Alex, I've gone/going thru my shit like everyone does and to hear people talking about it is awesome
Make me bad
Somebody someone
Falling away from me
Blind
Adidas
Thoughtless
Did my time
Freak on a Leash
Korn is a band for you Alex. You seemed very interested and after you listen to a few more songs you will be wearing their shirt like you joked about.
Korn is great and all, but some of their songs just get repetitive to a point that it’s infuriating to listen to.
This was probably one of their "poppiest" releases late into their discography. Try listening to where they started and check out their first big "hit" Shoots and Ladders . You can definitely see how they progressed towards this sound today.
This was one of the main songs that got me into metal. I feel like it is the perfect song to get people into the genre as it still gives you that feeling of the heavy riffs but without the screams that non metal heads hate
I love Korn. Best mic stand of all time H.R. Giger's work is amazing.
Korn Somebody Someone
Man, it just hit me whether you've listened or reacted to Freak On A Leash or not. If you haven't, how come? It's crazy. You have to do it!
The absolute best thing to come out of Bakersfield....Korn! Grew up there & love these guys ❤️
BAKES!!
Haha true indeed, unless you like country music.
Korr still rulles man !
It's been 20 years now and they r still around touring !

Martin Hruska ur avatar is making this comment better
Agreed 100%
Mama said she didn't care
I didn't touch u there..
Udara Obris "I didn't touch you there"
NVM didn't realize you already wrote that
korn is one of the OG's of nu metal...i've been listening to them for about 22 years...they have a shit ton of material to hear...
I only ever came across your channel a couple days ago -your metal reactions, that is. I'm bingeing on them. Thumbs up, man!
They did a remix for this with Dem Franchise Boyz. You being a hip hop fan... would love it! Also.. do a Korn- Daddy reaction video
Bad Santa's a good movie.
Korn was good; idk if they still are, but they were back in the early 2000s. Pretty nostalgic band for me~
Some songs from them that I like are Falling Away From Me, Make Me Bad, Freak On A Leash, Y'all Want A Single, and I can't think of any others off the top of my head. I liked them, but not as much as I liked Slipknot back in the day; Slipknot from like 12-17 was my favorite, hands down. XD Kittie also had some good shit sometimes.
1 Bad Santa is a shit movie
2 KoRn is still great, revisit them
3 Same for me with SlipKnot
1. The first one is a good movie, the 2nd one is probably shit though.
2. Cool, I'll have to check 'em out.
3. Nooice.
sunful; hah, maybe the new albums are just excuses for them to go play the old shit. xD
That's pretty awesome though, grats!
Same picks for me. Great minds think alike
i think slipknot is still pretty gr8
Future Korn should definitely be Falling Away From Me. It's my favorite by them. But you also need Freak on a Leash.
Usually I find post meme edits in videos but your comedic timing is too good I love it
"Whaaaaat looks so strong, so delicate!" What a great song. So relatable once you've gone through complete hell in your life.
You seem like a hella chill open minded dude! Hope you continue to grow :D
...he grew.
React to Infant Annihilator. Hahaha
behold the kingdom of the wretched undying...😂
“Coma” by Black Tongue...that needs more reactions lol Dunno if he’s ready though
Neutered in Utero! Although I think he needs to get more of a feel for metal before jumping on IA. Hahah.
Jhonny Plague Crucifilth hahaha
lets get Vicer Exciser on this channel
This is my favorite KoRn Song because it got me into one of my top 3 bands of all time
Thank you for posting this video Alex... Forsaken it is on the sound track for Queen of the Dambed... But on the sound track it was preformed by Disturbed.
.. Take care and have a great day everyone...
I heard this song in a porn compilation once
jdh214 cool
Probably what made you finish ahahahaha

Glad you're enjoying your journey into metal, welcome to the family! Gained a sub bro
Love the “be deliberate” part so much
Korn are legends!!..definitely get that shirt bro!! One of us one of us..... lol
As for Korn, Tool, and Slipknot, which one is better. Don't even try. I love all 3, but they're such different styles. Slipknot is probably the one I would listen to the most at the drop of a hat because of Corey's vocals and the aggressive music. Maynard is so different too, but overall, I'll go through a phase where I just have to listen to Tool, non-stop, and then I'll go one second too much, and can't listen to them for months. Tool is a very different style of band, very trippy, where Slipknot is more organized chaos. Korn is bass and drums driven, at least, a lot of what they did initially was. They embrace experimenting, and it sometimes works, sometimes doesn't.
White Zombie (not Rob solo) would be another good one for you to check out. Their first album was an awesome groove metal, and their second album was an awesome industrial metal. Pantera would be good to get into awesome shredding with Dimebag. I'm partial to Anthrax out of the Big 4 in thrash. They were the more fun group out of the big 4 and an option from the obvious other 3 that you've heard of. Mushroomhead on the surface would be a close group to Slipknot, having a dj and extra drummers, but they have more of an piano driven sound from Schmotz. Rammstein and Fear Factory would be good if want to hear some industrial metal. Some suggestions for ya there for different styles.
This looks like a great crash course for metal in the mainstream consciousness. I approve. I would probably sprinkle in some stuff that doesn’t get as much notice in America, like Blind Guardian (to represent power metal) and King Diamond (for more of the storytelling operatic metal), just to further round things out.
Korn has always been in my top 5. One of the best bands!
So I'm on a massive binge cos i only found you like a week ago, and I love the fact you're saying 'it will be cool to have like a third option'
Bless you. Full metal head now.
Welcome to the dark side, past Alex. It's fun down here.
Would love to see some Rammstein reactions.Cheers
listen to Blind, Clown, No Place to Hide, or Freak on a Leash. bangers.
Korn is my favorite band probably ever❤️ my favorite from the last album they released is The Hating. With Insane coming in second.
Love ur reactions. 💗
Deftones - Digital Bath! Youll definetely love them
Jonathan Freeman I have a strong feeling this guy will love Deftones
Passenger with maynard
hell yeah deftones are fucking awesome
btw its palms and team sleep
DUDE! do a reaction video of "PANTERA DOMINATION" in Moscow if you wanna see a the biggest amount of people in one concert!
Twisted Transistor, Shoots and Ladders, and the Acoustic version of Freak on leash with Amy Lee (is amazing) are my fav Korn songs!
Been a hard core Korn fan since the mid 90s. They are my favorite of all time. Ive seen them live countless times. Best live shows EVER! Jonathan Davis is a genius. Dark but feeling. Fun and twisted. Welcome to the Korn side \m/
Korn BLIND
Coming undone is VERY INSANE!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I'm glad you liked it cuz this is one of my favorite songs
I love your videos and reactions Alex!! Keep em coming! I love how you’re so open minded about music. I used to be strictly into pop and hard rock but since listening to different heavy metal I’ve gotten into black/death metal, alternative, classical symphonies... I love how people have such an open mind for music and can respect most genres. That being said if you’re ever looking for other music to check out you should look up any Lord Of the Lost songs on UA-cam. They’re an amazing Gothic rock/metal band from Germany but their lyrics and English don’t worry. Hope to see your reaction to one or more of their videos.
Bro Archspire’s involuntarily doppelgänger lyric video! You wanna hear fast they got it
YYYEEESSS
Would love to see how you react to “All in the family” by Korn and Fred Durst
Always love Korn and especially this song!! I just started watching the last two days and have had so much fun watching someone love songs I have listened to for years!! Have many more to go and many to suggest. I call me Melody Metal, the queen of metal!!! One of my first suggestions is Holy Wars by Megadeth. Mega kick ass and talent. Never get tired of this song. Mustaine rules!!
This is one of my favorite Korn songs. If you think hearing this song gets you amped up, you'd be blown away by them in concert - unforgettable!
Alice in Chains - Bleed the Freak
Rabidius best band fucking ever
I really want him to react to Alice in Chains! My all time favorite band ever! Getting Layne tattooed on my arm one of these days and Love Hate Love tattooed on my inner arm. I know he would really like this band! Alex, react to Alice in Chains!
Korn-right now but you gotta watch the animated music video.. Haha you'll flip out
First korn song I heard was twist and I loved it favorite band since 2012 when I heard it.
awesome man i have been into metal / rock since i was a kid glad to see u are checking this music out watch korn shoots and ladders and lets get this party started think you will like them
Left Behind by Slipknot!!!!
You should definitely react to hammer smashed face by cannibal corpse or any other cannibal corpse song
I cum blood
something with an actual video maybe though. like code of the slashers
agreed.. \m/
Most of my childhood involved all of these songs youre just now finding...its sad so many people missed this beautiful music lol. I dont care for their newer stuff but the first like 4 albums, i can probably sing along to every song to this day...i also listened to Limp bizkit. Three days grace. Arch enemy (older stuff with angela as their singer). Breaking Benjamin. Seether. Metallica of course. Zz top. Kid rock. Queen...one that doesnt fit this kind of music but was something i loved because of the talent, hootie and the blowfish.. five finger death punch. Staind. P.O.D. acdc. Mushroomhead. Rob zombie. Alice in chains. Pink floyd. Motorhead. Nine inch nails(NIN). Kitty(i bought their first album in 4th grade 🤣)... there was sooo many, most came from my dad. But back then mtv actually played whole music videos, so some came from watching too much tv lol.. im thankful though because "music" today isnt anything like it used to be. I refuse to listen to most new music thats not rock or metal because i know 90% of pop singers dont write their own stuff(that to me isnt super important), the problem is that they cant sing live and sound the same most of the time. I dont call that being musically gifted..i call thay cheating with autotune. I appreciate talent when its there. I find it offensive how people attempt making music these days.. if ur always having to use autotune and cant sing it the same live, i want nothing to do with that persons "music"..
Great video. Korn has always blended different genres together so I'm not surprised you enjoyed it... If it hasn't been mentioned in the comments before you should check out the mash up "Coming undone with it" where they mash up this track and lean with it rock with it... Just a fun jam
Mudvayne - Dig
You need react this bro!
sombraGMP brr brr deng
man you should react to their early videos
Clown by Korn is really good. It's also off of their first album. They've been by favorite band since 1994. My favorite still to this day is Blind
One of my favorites. It's on my Head Med list.
Slipknot - The Devil In I
You started a bit lite with this 1, you should go back to there old stuff.
Here to stay
Good God
Got the life
It's on
Most energetic lead singer I've ever seen live. Would love to see them again.
I love Korn. I grew up around people listening to hip-hop so naturally that was what I listened to and then one day I saw the Freak On A Leash video and my whole world changed. I don't know if I could have made it through my teens and early twenties without their music.
Hater, Freak On A Leash, Somebody Someone, Lullaby For A Sadist, great songs for next videos!! And there is one but is really disturbing (the singee composed it due to his sexual abuse when he was young) the song is called daddy,
Btw great content! New subscriber here!
Dont forget A.D.I.D.A.S
this fucking shit cant be a hater.
You should react to Rob Zombie.
First time I heard/saw this song was on MTV ahhh, the good..nah..better days
Holy fuck the intro to this music video just gave me some mad nostalgia. I remember getting ready for middle school in the morning and this song being on MTVs wake up call.
Im sorry bro... Im sorry that THIS SONG had to be your FIRST Korn song... It is one of their weakest songs in their catalog. If you really want to experience the core foundations of Korn, you should really check out some of their earlier stuff. These songs are also good to check out by them:
Blind
Children of the Korn (Feat. Ice Cube)
Freak on a Leash
Got the Life
BBK
Falling Away From Me
Somebody Someone
Here to Stay
Thoughtless
You should listen to Blind from Korn or Daddy. (try Daddy if you wanna feel something creepy)
More like if you wanna be traumatized for life. That's some super serious subject matter.
Leonel Castañarez especially Daddy that song will produce emotion that you never knew that you had
I got to meet KoRn during this erra this song came out. Mostly spoke with Jonathan Davis. He's a such a cool dude. Love to meet him again.
KoRn is an amaizing f***n band, how I got started playing bass...love them all
Korn & Slipknot performing "Sabotage" (Beastie Boys Cover)
That's all Alex will say, it's up to you if you see it now ... no pressure xd
Whitechapel- The Saw Is The Law
One of my favorites😊 and yes, when I feel the weight of the pressure of my world around me, I play this song...scream to it... And feel TONS BETTER😁😁😁 Like today
Omg I haven't even watched your reaction, but I must say that intro was hilarious with the Bad Santa scenes
I want to see your reaction to Infant Annihilator - Blasphemian
Lmao
haha. i think that would freak him out. he would never wanna listen to metal again.
Steve James 0188 lmao true, it’d be funny to see his reaction though haha
haha.last reaction video from him,😅
Hmm maybe we should like request some more easier to handle bands..and build him up and get him prepared for infant annihilator🤔😂
Deathmetalgoddess 666,have to seasoned the Virgin Ears..😂
Slipknot - Psychosocial! PLEASE BRO!
Jokr _ psychosocial is not a real slipknot song. Even they said all hope is gone is their least favorite album
Bubbles IDGAFS
he already reacted to that
idk lol 48 minutes ago, my comment was like 2 days ago
+Jokr _ oh shit oops
Love this song one of my favs from korn
If you are going to do any metal concert again, I would highly HIGHLY advise seeing Korn live, they are one of the best live acts around, plus shoots and ladders brah!
Alex please react to Daddy by Korn
I don't think he's quite ready for that yet LOL this was his first Korn song after all :-)
Dylan Hatfield he will be, my friend
Nobody is EVER ready for that. I just heard it again today for the second time, and I still wasn't ready. Don't put that on poor Alex. Lol
Angela Miller he needs to, to meet his full potential
I think he should continue working up to that, not that he'll ever be ready for it. There's nothing you can do to prepare yourself for what that song is going to make you feel. Literally nothing.
You should react to Five Finger Death Punch and Disturbed!
(LIKE IF YOU AGREE!! :D)
I'm down with the sickness.
KoRn is amazing, probably my favorite band right now 🤘
I love this channel. Thank you
YOU NEED SOME PRIMUS !!! - Tommy The Cat
"say baby, say baby...."
I don't think that is a good Primus song to start on with, when listening to Primus for the first time you need to start in the shallow-end of their weirdness rather than diving into the deep-end. I would personally recommend Jerry was a Racecar Driver as a good first Primus song.
Aquilifer X I 2nd that.
I'm curious...how about Anthrax I'm the Man or Bring the Noise? The inspiration of many of the rap metal to come.
I love the singers mike stand. It’s beef hard to find one with two pivot point at the base and one at the actual mike
react to amon amarth pls
Borislav Georgiev I want him to do valhall awaits me and/or twilight of the thunder god
Twilight of the Thunder God or Deciever of the Gods would be a great intro for Amon Amarth
Agreed as fuck
Borislav Georgiev Talk about getting amped tf up lol. Amon Amarth will do that for you
Oh god this isn't even good Korn... like go waaaay back. Like Freak on a leash or Falling Away from me.
I think all Korn is good Korn, just, some are better than others. I happen to like this one.
This song is good KoRn m8 but yeah old KoRn best KoRn!
WorldMind lol, you need to go back even farther...Korn 1994 album Blind, Ball tongue, etc..
Whatever. This is one of Korn's best.
JuggyFWB when they were doing commercialized songs lol
Dude! You should have seen these guys in concert!!! They even break out the bagpipes!! I seen them with GodSmack and Zombie!
Lori Parker Wade Wow kick-ass concert that must have been!!! Your right AF tho, they are epic AF to watch live, saw them at Ozzfest 03, Disturbed, MM, Chevelle and of course OZZY who played for over 2 and a half hours dude!!! They started the set off paying the bagpipes!!! \m/\m/
Korn are amazing. Saved me so many times
I absolutely *love* that art deco mic stand he uses in this video. Slick as hell.
