🌿🌹💐🌿🌹💐🌿🌹💐🌿🌹💐🌿🌹💐🌿🌹💐🌿🌹💐🌿
An opera for highly strung women! That goes for all of Puccini's operas. The master of the tear-jerking. If you want substance go for Mozart or Wagner.
In what way is Mozart more substantive than this? I like Mozart, but his best known operas are about a rake seducing people (Don Giovanni), a servant tricking his master (marriage of Figaro), and a fairy tale (magic flute). What's "substantive" about those?

What a sexist statement. The men are passionate, too and there is a lot of substance if you just look a little closer.
