Not surprisingly, Usopp is way more fleshed out in this than the live action. Syrup Village is way more his arc in this than in the live action; he does way more, and grows a lot more as a character. They really shafted Usopp in the live action; even in later bits, like Arlong Park, his big moment is done so much better in the anime. And yeah, love seeing people who only know the live action come into this, suspect the mansion guards, and then get introduced to Jango. Syrup Village is very, very different; this is sort of where the two series converge into their own things. Baratie is way different, too; Arlong Park is similar, but the things that are different in the anime make it a lot better, in my opinion.
Always interesting to see how different people react to this show. I'm still expecting you to go beyond the first season of the LA. By that point, it might be hard to stop.
@JohnPaul-rs5dr that is the singular exception. Like seriously, he could have worked as kayaks butler for a few more years, asked for a pay rise (because we all know she would have given him one) and then retired when he was satisfied with the amount of money he had. But no. He just had to have the "big brain" plan of plotting her assassination.
Like you already noticed the anime develops the LA short cuts and have a lot more characters. Naturally is a bit more silly and goofy. ou can imagine how difficult would be to put Jango and the three kids in aa Live Action. But yes, Usopp does "participate" much more in anime. P.S. Girls, if ou have interest, just for curiosity, there was a pilot episode of One Piece made one year before the first episode, with a different and more ancient technique of animation. It's called Ganzack Pirate and have just Luffy, Zoro and Nami. I'm mention this cause this episode could be attached before Usopp arc.
Lost in translation: In minute 8:27 one of the three kids says Onibaba. In Japanese culture, an Onibaba is a man-eating demon that looks like an old woman with horns. Later, they thought Nami ate Ussop, that's why they called Nami Onibaba (8:57). Google Onibaba, you'll see. Fantastic reaction as always!
The longest staredown between Luffy & Usopp..was there a commercial for you two in this ep..if on Netflix then probably not.. Eyecatcher commercials are an integral part of the anime experience..unique to each crew member...Crunchyroll has them.

Jango is one of many awesome things that they had to cut for LA. If one has the time, the og show is just superior to live action imo. How can it not be? W so many more episodes and time to build characters and story. So glad you're watching show! Congrats and well done!
Ah yes Syrup village arc... Imma be honest I remember the live action more than the anime version of this whole arc😂😂... It's been so long since I've last seen Captain Kuro's anime version on screen Hahaha
Cant wait to see you two hit 100k, your content is very good and your reactions seem truly genuine. Keep up all the great work and I wish you two the best on your One Piece journey.
Usopp is based on the boy who cried wolf, Uso means lie in Japanese. Usopp is a story teller which also based on Aesop which is telling fables/stories also Usopp nose is suppose to be Pinocchio.
Usopp is my favourite straw hat, and Syrup Village is my favourite arc in the series. I know people are gonna tell me im wrong, and I dont care. Ive heard it all before.
Anime luffy is no joke! he is a sweetheart, emotionally intelligent and fun, however he is terrifying and gets serious when he needs to! That big smile hides many things
I wish they wouldve included Django and usopps pirates in the live action! Some of my favourite moments in that arc are only because of those. I feel like the live action lost a lot of soul in that part.
I feel Usopp as a character works better in anime since his goofiness feels more natural in an animated setting. Like he can be silly and still have pride because the world he lives in is silly. The villagers in the anime get mad at him and chase after him, whereas in the live action they just sort of find him annoying and shame him for acting like a child.

It's called Ganzack Pirate and have just Luffy, Zoro and Nami. I'm mention this cause this episode could be attached before Usopp arc.
I loved how the said what is this at the same time seeing jango moonwalk😂😂🖤
Ussop fighting a giant goldfish… how crazy 😜
Lost in translation:
In minute 8:27 one of the three kids says Onibaba.
In Japanese culture, an Onibaba is a man-eating demon that looks like an old woman with horns.
Later, they thought Nami ate Ussop, that's why they called Nami Onibaba (8:57).
Google Onibaba, you'll see.
Fantastic reaction as always!
Just remember Usopp's stories.
I really want them to keep watching the show until they stop having fun I'll be here now and forever
The longest staredown between Luffy & Usopp..was there a commercial for you two in this ep..if on Netflix then probably not..
Eyecatcher commercials are an integral part of the anime experience..unique to each crew member...Crunchyroll has them.
i'm on 0:04 in this video and straight to commend section to write this.
first second u said "Are u ready?" i auto answer "aye aye captain" ahhahahah 😂😂😂😂😂😂
Jango didn’t make it into the live action, but his bounty is on the wall of bounties as an Easter egg
Yea That Musician gonna be epic.
Jango is one of many awesome things that they had to cut for LA. If one has the time, the og show is just superior to live action imo. How can it not be? W so many more episodes and time to build characters and story. So glad you're watching show! Congrats and well done!
The music in One Piece is so good!!
Try to remember Usopp’s lies 😏
Usopp has a lot of heart in the anime for sure, he might be a scaredy cat but he has his moments of bravery and pride
Just started watching as well😄, glad I can watch with you two brilliant souls as well!!!❤
When Usoff's nose grows longer when he lies a lot😂
I love how Jango is based on Michael Jackson but gives off such a Steve Tyler vibe lol
Squinty eyes "the bulters"
Lol
you need to remember usopps stories here!!!!!!!!!!!
yep remember usopp's lies
Love this these videos please keep them going
We love these reactions:D
Ah yes Syrup village arc... Imma be honest I remember the live action more than the anime version of this whole arc😂😂... It's been so long since I've last seen Captain Kuro's anime version on screen Hahaha
Straw hat's musician is my favorite character
thanks & I love you, your reactions always make my day ❤
Cant wait to see you two hit 100k, your content is very good and your reactions seem truly genuine.
Jango was in the live-action, but only in the wanted posters
the way the anime shows usopp joining the crew is a lot better than the live action.
“This is the weirdest guy ever”
Weirdest guy you’ve met… so far
Usopp is my favourite straw hat, and Syrup Village is my favourite arc in the series. I know people are gonna tell me im wrong, and I dont care. Ive heard it all before.
This arc is way better in the anime and manga than the Live Action
It's acutally cannon that.. that Jango doesn't have a beard, its a mushroom that grew on his chin and the top broke off lol. I kid you not.
You actually saw Jango in the live action. But only on a wanted poster, lol.
I have exams tomorrow but I'm watching this now ..
Jango sure sounds //// SUPER!!! ////
If you could release one of these videos every day it would be great
I love your one piece reactions
Anime luffy is no joke! he is a sweetheart, emotionally intelligent and fun, however he is terrifying and gets serious when he needs to! That big smile hides many things
I love your reactions as always
Usopp will have almost 2000 episodes of stories to tell Kaya later 😂
I wish they wouldve included Django and usopps pirates in the live action! Some of my favourite moments in that arc are only because of those. I feel like the live action lost a lot of soul in that part.
Great eaction guys, keep it up! Usopp is a great character and super funny!
I feel Usopp as a character works better in anime since his goofiness feels more natural in an animated setting. Like he can be silly and still have pride because the world he lives in is silly. The villagers in the anime get mad at him and chase after him, whereas in the live action they just sort of find him annoying and shame him for acting like a child.
jangos va was so familiar and its same with franky
