Omg I completely agree about the “just wait” comments! Every baby/kid is different for one. But also I absolutely loved when mine finally started to crawl and then walk! He’s happier and can have more independent play by going where he wants in the area. I also heard a lot about the “terrible two’s” but the toddler stage is so incredibly fun, and to see their little personalities bloom!! Sure they have tantrums, but everything else the toddler stage brings makes it all worth it!
Ahh Michelle!! I love this so much and you are such an inspiration to me. Thank you for being such a light and I love whenever you post! You are truly one of my favorite people to watch on here and it’s so fun seeing your day to day life. I love all the mundane moments like the baking and cooking or even when you make your coffee in the morning. You are so fun and I love seeing you interact with your son! It’s so sweet and it’s crazy how big he is. Ilysm and I hope you’re having an amazing day 💕
I always relate to your baby feelings so much! Our babies are about the same age and I had a similar early newborn stage as you and received the same comments about how once baby is moving it will be so tough. I didn't enjoy the newborn days so couldn't relate to a lot of people I saw online. But I feel the same way as you! I have LOVED this phase. Every new piece of personality my baby gives me is like a gift. I have loved watching her grow and am adoring the chaos of an active and mobile baby ❤️ I'm so glad to hear you're in a good phase right now too.
Would love a video on 1 year old birthday gifts! Or alternative gifts! Or just general thoughts on marking 1st bdays! My daughter is similar age to your son ❤️💙
Your video brought me a lot of joy this morning! Thank you for pouring your time and energy into these videos- your heart shines through. I bought "Every Moment Holy" last week, and it has become such a touchstone for me. I have watched your videos for years, and your attitude and faith always inspire me. Thank you for sharing!
You talking about getting emotional seeing your little baby grow made me think of something. I remember when my son was about 7 months old and I started BAWLING my eyes out when we were taking down his little Nemo bouncer. My husband thought I was crazy, but embraced me anyway. 😆
Omg same about last Christmas being a blur! I had prodromal labor the last three weeks of November (my due date was Nov 29th) so we basically rushed through Thanksgiving and decorated for Christmas early just in case I would go into labor early. I ended up having my son Dec 1st with a third degree tear so I spent Christmas healing and taking care of a newborn. I'm really excited for this year's holidays! My son does get into things he shouldn't but it's so fun to have him move around and explore. He plays with his toys so much more now too (like Connor playing with his cars) it's so cute
Thank you for the motivation to be productive!!! I have a little baby too (she’s 6 months) and it’s such a struggle to keep our house in order but your videos always help me to wake up early and get things done! Love ya you’re killing it mama ❤
I really love dropbox for photo storage! Helps me to not have as many pictures on my phone, but is easily accessible and you can organize with folders within the app!
Would LOVE to hear some of your favorite toys for your little guy in this season. My 9 month old is crawling all over the place and I think its time for a few new meaningful toys to fit his new stages and development to keep him engaged! Love seeing your content as we are in such similar seasons 🥹
Cannot wait to watch! Was looking for something to watch while curling my hair and this is it! Your videos always put me in a good mood and the days when I watch you I feel so calm and productive 💕
Today I was aware that we have so many “gadgets/technology “ that make life easier. We rush through the day and forget how much we have that helps our tasks be easier and lighter. Being aware included gratitude for them
I love your videos! On photos...I put a photo system in place once I had my kids- I try to do this monthly. I sort through the cell pics and delete the bad ones (or skip if there are too many to go through), I upload them all to my laptop (and wipe them from my phone), I sort them into folders by year/month, and back those up to a portable hard drive. Also on my phone I have google photo backup and amazon photo backup, they back everything up automatically. I also upload them to Snapfish, and I make a yearly calendar out of my favorites. We have a digital frame and I send favorites there throughout the month. Might be overkill but I almost lost baby pics once and never recovered! It doesn't take me long if I do it monthly- like an hour or less.
2 more exams and can finally rest !! 🎉🎉🎊🎊 . Hope you have an amazing day ! , don't overwork yourself , please have a good amount of sleep to you, your friends, and family too Michelle !! :)).
Hey Michelle, my aunt recommended Project Life for photos to me and it's been a game changer!! I'm horrible at scrapbooking IRL, but you can upload all the photos to a scrapbook-like page, add notes and cute edits, all on your ipad. They let you print the pages and you can continually add them to a binder like you would a scrapbook (so you're not committing to an entire binded book every time you want printed photos).
I love your videos so much! :) I have a 6 month old and I print my photos and put them in a photo album, I use Shutterfly to print and once a week or so I’ll go in and add new photos to album of “print these next” then once I get to like 100 ish photos in the album to print. Ill press print on the app and finalize the order and it made it so easy to keep track of all the photos 🥰 I feel like I need an album per each year of life 🤣🤭🤭 I hope this helps 🙂😇
Love all your videos. ❤ Watching you putting a lot of love into everything you do gives me inspiration for my own "to do's". Really like the colors and decorations around your house. Keep doing what you love and make you happy. The best for you and yours. 💕
I love your gratitude with folding clothes. My husband passed 2 years ago when our son was three from cancer. I miss doing his laundry so much
I am so so sorry ❤️🩹
The attitude of "I get to, not have to" transforms everything, right? Like you mentioned gratitude with getting to fold clothes! :)
it really does 💛

Video ideas : toy organization/decluttering, what I bought for my 1 year old for Christmas, toy rotation/most used toys
Can you please please please please do maybe a mini vlogmas for Christmas or a what I gifted for family this year?
I agree, a little bit of cleaning and tidying every day is a lot better than doing the entire house over a full day of cleaning
