Geez, incredible video man, by the entire team! Seaside is gorgeous, I used to go there often when I lived in Destin- and it truly did always feel like an amalgamation of this perfect American utopia. I didn't mind, lol. But The Truman Show is easily one of the best movies I've ever seen, love seeing the inspection you gave it, truly thoughtful work. I think The Cave is spot on, but maybe even the moral of the film is also the average of several philosophical ideologies- which is why we talk about it all these years later, and will continue to.
Peter Weir is one of the all-time underrated kinographers. Just look at Master and Commander. Got some serious American Psycho vibes from this too. Don't know if that was intentional!
