My 40 watt fly trapper stopped working after a week. I called your customer care and they mentioned they don't have a stock for this product and not sure when it will be procured. Your customer support team is pathetic

Worst service by ibell. i have an issues with burner set the flame of burner more louder than normal burner. I have also raise this complaint with ibell customer care they have not received any call and I also try with whatsapp no.. finally they said that the your product parts not available at this time and they will not giv any particular time. The complaint already taken 1 month.
Have they repaired it I m also facing same problem and 11000 for it is not worth

Poor product read my comment pls I bought this product before 1½ year ago ..
First it was good later i faced lot of issues:
1. Low flame - intensity of the flame was so low and it take long time to cook even after I clean, it remained the same.
2. Rusting issue - after 1 year I found my stove getting rust and the paint came out. So the stove don't have the same look even after some months.
3. Air flow - I have open kitchen and if any little air comes in, the flame goes inside ( inside gas outlet area) and burn which is a big concern.
4. Poor Customer care - very very lazy customer care. My burner was out of shape and I want to buy a new one but i couldn't buy in my near by shop. I called customer care and they said to wait and I was waiting for 2 weeks but no response and if I call again they cut my call..
I feel soo bad for buying this waste product not worth for 10k

Worst service by ibell. There are no local technician available at my area. There is also no spare parts available for past three months I am calling every week.
These Indian companies are all bakwaas I brought one from Japan 20 years ago works beautifully till today even fan died down within six years what is happening in india
