Here is my 3 month review/update on the Louis Vuitton Neverfull MM :)

I'm debating between this one or the one in damier ebene with Rose ballerina interior. Such a hard choice!
Use mink leather conditioner on your vachetta and nothing else. Don’t spray anything on the leather trims/ vachetta like some do

The Quality of Louis Vuitton is Declining. They are cutting corners to save and charge more to the Consumers like you and I and everyone else who saves to buy one of their Over Priced Goods. I stick to Vintage. You can feel and see the difference on the older Louis Vuittons.

TheRadiohead77 yes I feel like the canvas has gotten thin! Just purchased one of these and it feels like paper. Even my cles is slightly thicker on the canvas!
Radiohead77 yes . We are. I love the pre loved bag’s . LV is using a lot of amateurs in the texas warehouse to make the graceful ,artsy and the Inea. They use non speaking Hispanics with two weeks training on how to use the sewing machine. I was part of the training and the bags are made with a sewing machine. Cats out of a bag

How did you get the luggage tag btw?
I asked at the store here in Australia and they weren't able to give me one :(
ugh how annoying! I know technically they arent supposed to be sold like a normal item for sale(they are considered replacement pieces for the luggage). I would keep trying and if you have a relationship with an SA definitely ask them. It seems like a pain for them to do, when I've gotten both of mine the SA had to do a lot of computer work. I absolutley love having a luggage tag with my initials for my bags, its a fun and personal accessory so it really looks like YOUR neverfull not just A neverfull if you know what I mean!

I have always wanted to buy the neverfull mm from the LV store but girl has got bills lol , a friend at my work place introduced slaybags to me and i googled ,saw good reviews about the quality of the bags so i purchased the damier azur mm from there and omg i love it , the quality is almost like the real and it came with card and receipt as well . I am happy hopefully i can get the real deal some day.Just sharing

you're so lucky you got the light pink color! It's sold out now, so I got the darker pink, but I guess that's good for staining/dust..BUT, I LOVE THAT COLOR..Def would've chosen that one..I was able to get it in the Delightful MM Damier Azut..so pretty..& BTW, ur gorgeous!
I place a purse bling organizer that zips inside my bag, works great!
Honestly I like how it looks tucked in too .

Just came across this video great review. I just bought my first LV this exact one just with the cherry interior yesterday (may 12,2016) I can't wait until it starts softening up and it that"old" look. So exciting next will be the wallet. New subbie 😘

I love this bag. My neverfull has been such a great bag over the years. My cinched thing has gotten loose though. I always cinch mine too :)

I LOVE big bags! I'm definitely a tote girl & I love a good size tote. For everyday stuff I typically use my Long Champ (largest size) and that's the perfect size tote for me. However, I have been wanting to by an LV Tote. Would you say that the MM is similar to the largest Long Champ size? Or would the GM be closer to the Long Champ?
I also feel like the GM Looks more soft and not as structured as the MM? I kind of like the unstructured look of the GM

Totally get that predicament! The MM is definitely the closest size to the longchamp bags if you're looking for the same size. BUT if you're going to keep using the longchamp and want a larger option too then the GM is the way to go :)
MJ12 thank you for your response & opinion. Your review was helpful. I think I'm leaning towards the MM though because I love my long Champ but the MM is more classy and I could use it to go out as opposed to my long Champ that I use for errands if you know what I mean :)
exactly! I couldnt get rid of my longchamps so I use them as gym/rain day bags now and the LV for just being fabulous on the daily ;)
You’re absolutely right on why the pochette isn’t with two clasps . It would’ve just cost the consumer only a few dollars more . But No.... LV lately short cuts and cuts on their expenditure ~
Hi which size clip did you got from the website mini or small? I love the little clutch that comes with the bag. I use it if I run into a store or if it's raining or I don't feel like to carry my bag.

Love that interior so much. Check out MSpanders10 video. She bought a clear plastic insert with pale pink trim that someone makes that keeps her bag very clean.

I have a pink purse bling zippered organizer for my azure mm in rose ballerine and it's great for security, and keeping the interior of the bag clean.
You got rid of the totally MM?i was never a fan of the Totally MM. do good for getting rid of it.

I am currently torn between purchasing the Totally MM and the Neverfull MM. I'm curious why you sold your Totally? And what makes you love the Neverfull so much more?
Hey @amandawright123! I sold the Totally for a couple reasons- 1. It wasn't holding as much as I was hoping it would when using the bag on a business trip. With the zipper and the shape of the bag itnlimited how much it could hold whereas the neverfull is more flexible b/c of the open top . 2- The neverfull's canvas felt thicker and better quality and the shoulder straps were softer

I just ordered this same exact bag. Did you treat your leather? It's my first monogram.
I didn't treat my leather, just getting it in the sun and letting it patina a little will help it become more resistant to stains and crazy discoloring. It's a little bit of a pain to have to baby it for the first couple months you have it, but a beautiful patina is worth it, right?!

Do the seams on your bag match up perfectly with the pattern? I just got the exact same bag yesterday and mine don't. They're not terrible but it bugs me a little bit. Great review btw!

Thanks for the question! These totes are usually pretty stiff to begin with and soften over time. Just like how the handles will stand up by themselves at first and then get soft and floppy over time.

I plan on buying the Totally MM in ~1 weeks time for my wife (mothers day). In your previous video you said, pretty much, great things about the bag. Here you mention that you returned it and that an upcoming video would outline why. I was hoping you could give very quick reasons as to why? I know about the curling leather issue for the zipper assist things... was there something else major? If you'd prefer not to spoil the next video, perhaps I could trouble you for a quick email?
+Kevin Bragg No worries at all. I was using the totally MM for the purpose of a work bag where I needed to carry a lap top, files, a water bottle , glasses, extra shoes, and just tons of stuff with me while I was running around. It fit everything, but was a game of tetris every time...and who has time for that?! I think if I didn't have to carry my laptop I would have kept this bag, but with the stiff computer in there it just made eveything more difficult. If your wife needs to carry a computer+ lots of other stuff I would suggest a larger bag/tote(the Neverfull) but if she doesn't need to lug a computer around all the time I would still highly highly recommend the gorgeous Totally MM! Let me know if you have any more questions :)

How do you clean the inside of your bag
Right now I've just been using packing tape to pick up all the dust and whatnot that clings to the seams and just anywhere in the bag. Haven't found any great solution for the little stains I have ...yet!

Did you notice any wear on the hardware on your bag that early or now? I've had my new neverfull a few months, haven't even worn the bag everyday, and I can see the gold fading on some parts.. and I'm really disappointed.
No, I just took a peek and the hardware looks great. I wonder if they switched up the hardware....the neverfulls are known for durability so I really don't think you should see the hardware aging so fast. not good!
MJ12 I'm so disappointed I can see some wear on them this soon. Guess I gotta take it back to the store and see what they say. 😩
And mine is the damier ebene neverfull with rose ballerine interior, which is like the newest one.. they may use different hardware on that one.

if you could choose between the neverfull and the totally, what would be better for school/college?
+Viviaan Great question! I would 100% go with the Neverfull. I really needed to be able to throw things in and out of my bag quickly in college and was always carrying books/notebooks and a laptop, the neverfull is much better suited for that purpose! I would check out the GM and MM - depending on how much you carry you might want the biggest size. Either way you'll be carrying the most enviable bag on campus!
+MJ12 how were the thin straps on your shoulder. does it dig in when carry your laptop after a while? I'm thinking of getting the damier ebene print and heard the treated lether straps were harder than the vachetta
Great question. I have had some discomfort with the straps when I really weigh the bag down. Usually then I am ok just carrying the the bag like a top handle bag. The ebene straps are definitely stiffer and a little more "sharp" on the edges so that might be a factor..at least while the bag is breaking in. Luckily I'm breaking my vachetta straps in during the winter so I have lots of layers and they aren't digging right into my shoulders. I think straps are where Longchamp Le Pilage is #1 as far as comfort goes. I would put Goyard St. Louis at #2, and LV Neverfull would be my #3. This was a long answer but I hope it helps!

No problem, it's good to know everything you can before making such a big purchase! So far it's holding up well. I just carried it in the rain the other day and I have no staining on the vachetta. I would definitely avoid pouring rain just to be safe :)
I don't understand why people pay so much for the luggage tags when they serve no purpose. It's bad enough when people buy the ridiculously overpriced bag charms but at least they can be pretty.
Hahaha it's true we pay about $65 to hang something off our bag. But it adds a personal touch and sometimes its the thrill of chase since they're not always easy to get!
Now I get it. I didn't realize they were difficult to get your hands on. I totally can appreciate the thrill of the chase. Thanks for responding.
Glen Daly is a way of personalizing a bag without stamping the vachetta of the bag and lowering the potential resale value of your bag. Luggage tags are not expensive at all I only paid $65 for my luggage tag comparing $300/400+ lv charm.
