Hang in there on the weight loss Adam, I started my journey in March 2022 and today I’m down 76 pounds. It’s hard no doubt but for me the trick has been don’t think of it as a diet because that is temporary, it’s a lifestyle change that needs to last the rest of your life. I still have treats etc, but it’s portion size that matters also sticking to your workout routine is crucial. It’s all about consistency. You got this 👍

Good luck on your weight loss journey. I went off the bandwagon, as well. I started at 330 and went down to 255 but recently had some issues and got back up to 275. Now back on the routine and trying hard. Keep fighting the fight and know there's at least one other person fighting with you!

Writing things down makes it easier for me to keep track as well. Highly reccomend a Kindle scribe if you don't want endless books of paper. Expensive, but I love it! Use it for all my planning/doodling/list check stuff these days.
