🟠 HERE IS ANOTHER FIX: First shut off the main water source, then run a garden hose from the neighbors house or completely separate water source. Attach the garden hose to the the clogged water fixture. There are adapters available at home depot if you dont have a perfect fit. Open all connected faucets and/or fixtures, and also remove the GPM flow-restrictiors from these plumbing fixtures which will allow and backwash the collected sediment/clog out the other way through these fixtures. Run hot water through the garden hose if possible, hot water can potentially loosen up sediment and clogs better. Alternating from cold to hot in 5-10 minute intervals can also expand and contract the pipes loosening clogs/sediment up as well.
Excellent work you can start your services to public since these problems are many in every locality and employment problems can also be solved.

Keep a 5 mtr pvc pipe permanently fixed to the pump with nut connecting at the end for the tap point with another with the suction. Your work will be easy. Extra length will be convenient for power point. Don't connect in the kitchen and spoil their kitchen with more work. Connect in the bathroom. Two points could be opened one to inject water and another for dirt coming out.

Make video to improve the water pressure in top floor for all the houses in an apartment
Buy one fish tank pump. Inlet and outlet with extra line into the tank. You get pressure for shower. Even if you don't stop immediately no problem as the water recirculation into the tank. Then after that you can switch off the pump. But you should not fix it in the main line as it is illegal from building bye laws. If you have a loft tank you can fix it.
