Haha... Yeah, didn't see much of a rise, just a character being beaten, abandoned, screwed over and heartbroken at the hand of the screenwriters and then killed of because a "sacrifice" was required to reduce Breda's popularity.

I wanted Starry back together before Harry went bye bye. And poor Ste has lost him along with Teegan and others. Grr. I loved Ste saying his last line about it being good-bye, and their hug. ugh..... Breda .

@k h I don't think that scene between them says that Harry felt nothing for Ste. Harry cared enough to get involved with trying to help Ste seeing how he was becoming a racist towards others.

When Harry died, Hollyoaks kind of died to me with him.

I stopped watching hollyoaks bc they killed Harry. He was my favorite and he deserved better.
If Harry really deserves better he should have change his ways...he knew his relationship with James was not working out so he should have just been there for his child instead

Harry deserved a happy ending. There was no support left for him in Hollyoaks. He should have left with Sadie and Isaac to start a new life.
The confirmation about his death and the loss just hit me. He was so young still and he died before he ever found himself. He was as messed up as everybody else but he had a good heart. I really hope that he isn't dead. Like I do whenever I feel pain, I enter denial, so here's my denial with a suggestion of hope. I hope he survived Breda stabbing him and the body they found after it had been in the ground too long was impossible to identify but had a resemblance to Harry with the disfigurement by that point, maybe dressed in his clothes or something. He somehow escaped, handed in his phone to the police or something, told them about Mercedes' threat and seeing that he had been stabbed already, they took the threat seriously and entered him into witness protection. And until Mercedes, Liam and Breda are locked away, he can't be there in Hollyoaks. But he's going to figure out a way to have a life with his son and the people he loves. He was just so young, he didn't know or love himself and he just didn't get a chance. I don't want him to dead. But I guess that's life right, these things happen everyday. Dear child.

Yeah I hate how sudden some of her killings are. At least you have time to let them go if she's keeping them hostage like Louis. But for most of her murders, on minute the character is alive and the next they are dead. IT'S TOO SUDDEN!!!

I stopped watching hollyoaks a few years back because they keep getting rid of all the good characters.
I know this is only a tv show but I’m furious about Harry’s death. What rise? His father abandoned him and then he’s got trouble with his sexuality. When he’s finally at peace with it he’s blamed for a murder he didn’t commit so he’s forced to flee town. And then he’s finally settled in a relationship but what? He’s blame for something else he didn’t do and NO ONE BELIEVES HIM. He’s then continuously drugged by his boyfriend which in the end is why he misses his plea deal JUST WHEN SADIE AGREED TO HELP HIM. And then he’s stabbed so he’s never going to see his son again.
It sounds petty but I’m never watching Hollyoaks again, I hope they lose a crap ton of viewers after this because it was a pointless and unnecessary death, just a way to get viewers even angrier at Breda. I hope the characters who are to blame for his death, Mercedes, Liam, James, Tony, Breda, and Sadie feel the guilt. This is all their fault.

I really do hope Harry is still alive and will be back on hollyoaks some day and I believe that he is still alive even though the odds are not good at all but you never know on Hollyoaks and he did post stuff saying about it’s the end of the road but it’s so stupid how they can screw over a character like Harry him and Ste had a special bond and him and James had a good bond too it just makes no sence to kill his character off at all and it’s a massive mistake by the Hollyoaks Presenters and what makes it worse is they made Tony not believe him and kick him out of the house and made a mockery of his sexuality by changing it when ever they want and I do truly believe that they should bring back Parry Glasspool in Hollyoaks again since his death did not make any sense at all and no one believing him on the Amy Barnes situation and all the people turning there backs on him when apparently he ran over Grace that he didn’t even do and his family didn’t believe him it’s an absolute joke and he is not a bad dad he cared a lot about the kid and they should have gave him more time since he heard Tony’s voicemail and was coming back home to see Tony to tell him about the evidence he got against Mercedes but no Hollyoaks producers had to ruin it by killing him off and he was 1 of my favourite characters on Hollyoaks and I hope the only way they save this is that it was all a plot twist and that Parry Glasspool aka Harry Thompson comes back on Hollyoaks completely alive anyway I am done sorry if you are reading through all of this and got bored just had to have my input on this since the character Harry on Hollyoaks deserves a lot better then what he got #HarryThompsonAlive Please 😞

Jarry was clearly a mistake and before triggered fans talk about how bad starry is, remember, james drugged harry and put him in a situation where he had to go on the run before being murdered. That is something ste has never done nor will he ever do something like that. Say whatever you want but to me and many others, what james did was abusive. Plus with his constant paranoia and him never supporting harry when he needed it. I.e. sadie's pregnancy and harry being innocent. Jarry is toxic and got harry killed. Starry had its issues but ste's feeling for harry is more selfless. After all he was there for him and went to prison for him. At least they had a better goodbye than what james and harry had. Ste and harry hugged and showed how much they cared about eachother while james' last words to harry was admitting to drugging him and that he doesn't care. Every thing james did was in character for him. He was always jealous and vindictive. He framed sami's father, and tried to set ste up for amy's murder as well as pumping harry out to clients. It doesn't matter to me if he regrets it now, should have felt bad before drugging him nd stopped himself.James' twisted actions is inexcusable.
