    Couldn't the "she's" in the last sentence be "she is" here, since we don't know which verb conjugation this sentence implies? I mean, "she's never ... to me" could be "she has never talked/spoken to me", as you said, but it could also be "she is never talking/speaking to me", right?

    for me as a foreigner, it's simple.
    speak means that you can use your mouth to communicate with others.
    talk means that you have a dialogue with others.
