5 potatoes (700 grams / 25 oz).
Parsely.
2 tablespoons flour.
paprika powder.
salt, black pepper.
sunflower oil.
Cucumber sauce:
1 cucumber.
3 tablespoons thick yogurt or sour cream.
Parsely.
3 cloves of garlic.
Salt.
