This guy is a hardcore collector on another level. I really respect him because I know the way he's collecting is much harder than usual game collecting. Love this👍
Great room tour. Awesome setup. We’re finishing the diy in our games room then finally will have a dedicated room. Your vid has given me some great inspiration 👍
I love the themes of this collection. I think it takes "completionist collecting" in a different direction that I can appreciate. Super cool. Thank you for taking the time to show it all.
Retro Rick grew up with Tiger handhelds on the handheld side. Genesis was his first console. The N64 was the first one he bought games for himself. His Dad gave him a PS1 with some games. The Dreamcast was the first console he bought on launch day. Then he got a PS2 in 2001-02. Money was tight for his family too; I heard him talking about that when you toured his game room.
Pretty sick. I’m about to start focusing on specific game franchises as well. I just keep buying every game, every franchise, and I’ve realized some of them aren’t even nostalgic to me. Now I’m considering focusing on the franchises that matter the most to me. It will help simplify things for me but also enable me to buy stuff I’ll actually play.
Strong start with some great GoW and Tekken pieces. Oh man, that is a LOT of KH stuff, that's impressive. That's awesome seeing the book collection too; glad to see an avid reader and collector. Lady Laci would certainly love all the Goosebumps stuff. Ah, the old Barcode Battler games; we've got the X-Men one in that vein; clever ideas. Holy cow, so much Assassin's Creed stuff--wow!
Im most jealous of his book collection only because i know ill never get around to collecting goosebumps. That being said i found a Deep Trouble II like new with the cards and bookmark a couple weeks ago in a yard sale.
I also agree that MK2 was the best Mortal Kombat game. I remember walking by an arcade and seeing kids in a long line at the MK2 cabinet. I only played the SNES version as a kid, and I remember being amazed by how much was packed into the game. There were many finishing moves, and some hidden characters. I also remember the trading cards that had moves on the back.
i think the first one was the best. 2 had too much hand made graphic assets while the first was almost entirely photobased. never forget as a kid i was run away from a summer camp to a nearby local fair and i went into a tent where a single mortal 1 cabinet was standing. the first image ihve seen was goro from the story intro.
Still get goosebumps when i played MK2 in the arcade.I had a move guide from GamePro magazine with all finishing moves so i impressed all the kids with these moves.
I like his focus on very specific collections. That is not every version of Tetris, though. Not even close. I shudder to think what the Japanese Mega Drive version will cost him these days.
If I bumped into him on a dark night in the city, I would never have guessed he would be a Kingdom Hearts Stan ....... Respect Andy for blowing stereotypes out the window
I love retro games and collection videos. Thanks for sharing you're wonderful game collection. I find these videos interesting and fun. Also I love Tekken and seeing that amazing Tekken collection you have got made me happy. I can't wait for Tekken 8. Cool video. ^_^
Tell that to the UA-cam algorithm lol. You add an intro and most people click off in the 1st 30 seconds or less. It is just the nature of the beast these days. At any rate the title and thumbnail clearly explains what the video is so there was no real need for an intro
I doubt he has EVERY Tetris, as it was ported to many things. Does he have the versions for the Brother Word Processors? All handheld variants? Otherwise I admire his dedication to collecting a specific set of franchises.
i assure you that he does not have every version of tetris. unless he is 1 of the 2 people in the world who has a copy of the sega genesis version... he does not own all versions of tetris. the only way to currently play it is on the genesis mini model 2
I know dozens and dozens of collectors with huge game rooms and massive collections and none of them are anywhere even close to being millionaires lol. I hate to break it to you but you are simply wrong

Haha yeah man he is a hardcore collector in the best possible way!
What an amazing collection! Love the focus on certain titles rather than just certain consoles.
It is really unique!
Great room tour. Awesome setup. We’re finishing the diy in our games room then finally will have a dedicated room. Your vid has given me some great inspiration 👍
Glad you enjoyed it!!
Great video to eat my food with. Thanks, Retro Wolf 🙏🏻
Hope it was a good dinner!
I love these game room tours, cool seeing what people collected.
Thanks! We have more to come so stay tuned!

Thanks for watching!

It is a great way to collect for sure!
Dude that's the best way and the only way this sull set stuff is nuts unless you're the wolf 😅
Really cool collection! Those tiger handhelds are an awesome collection. That's one thing I've always deep down wanted to collect. Great video!
Collecting Tiger Handhelds is fun!!
Amazing collection and game room, loved every second of it, he has true passion
Yeah he is SUPER passionate about gaming and collecting it is awesome!
Sweet collection. Lots of dedication and work to curate those specific franchises. Awesome video Matt!
Thanks Anthony!
Sweet dude! Such a unique collection. Gotta get my hands on a few things I never heard of until now!
Agreed!

It is an awesome collection but by far my favorite part was the Tiger collection haha
duuuuude the kh collection is stunning !
Im most jealous of his book collection only because i know ill never get around to collecting goosebumps. That being said i found a Deep Trouble II like new with the cards and bookmark a couple weeks ago in a yard sale.
Nice find!
Awesome game room! He just needs to throw down some themed rugs to match his room and he’s all set.
That would be cool!
Retrowolf, love your highlighting of this collection!
Thank you! 🙏
Outstanding level of collecting
Wow great collection so refreshing to see books in a game room
Agreed!
That is a very specialized and very cool collection. It is also nice to see someone specialize and collect something other than Mario or Zelda.
It really is!
you're one of the few collectors i see who have a badass Tekken collection and I respect you for that
It was awesome to see
The Crash collection, very cool stuff

MK2 rocks!!

Holy crap - I still have my radio shack space alien game! Respect to this guy!
Very cool!
Such an awesome collection.
Agreed!!
Goosebumps! 😮
Impressive book collection
Great video, very enjoyable to watch
Appreciate it!
I like his focus on very specific collections. That is not every version of Tetris, though. Not even close. I shudder to think what the Japanese Mega Drive version will cost him these days.
Only collect USA release tetris games with the one exception of the virtual boy Japanese
Yeah the way he collects is awesome
If I bumped into him on a dark night in the city, I would never have guessed he would be a Kingdom Hearts Stan ....... Respect Andy for blowing stereotypes out the window
Haha agreed
Awesome,, from long Beach California
🤘🤘

Thanks for watching!
@@RetroWolf_YT You're welcome. ^_^
Sonic Drift 2 for the Game Gear is probably the best game for that handheld IMO
amazing collection
Agreed!
Damn that Tekken collection was sick. A man of taste.
Nice collection 💯
It is awesome!
Idk what kind of Game Boy and Genesis that guy had as his first consoles; the one with the green pea soup screen and Model 1. He said black and white.
Dope game room
So dope!
Those MK robot toys are sick
I agree!
Amazing game room. The video definitely could have used an intro though to establish who/what we were looking at.

This dude is legit.
He absolutely is!
❤ your room man keep it up 😊😊
Good stuff!
One word WILD
Very wild!
I doubt he has EVERY Tetris, as it was ported to many things. Does he have the versions for the Brother Word Processors? All handheld variants? Otherwise I admire his dedication to collecting a specific set of franchises.
I have everything all the time ever in the world, except that one thing that I don’t have ever. Lol
Lol
It was cool to see for sure just thought the verbiage was funny, that’s all. Glad you are a sport wolf. Keep it up
Mortal kombat is the truth 🙌
🤘🤘
The PS5 slim comes out this fall.
do you got the loot crate god of war trading cards?
All goosepumps without protect cases or paper ? ^^
i assure you that he does not have every version of tetris. unless he is 1 of the 2 people in the world who has a copy of the sega genesis version... he does not own all versions of tetris. the only way to currently play it is on the genesis mini model 2
You are referring to an unlicensed game that did not have a retail release. He is going for the retail release set
Now he needs the rare mortal kombat board game
I want that too haha
@@RetroWolf_YT it’s under Jogo Mortal Kombat board game
He's missing more than the GG Prince of Persia game, he's missing the SMS game as well as all the computer versions.
Do you have the genesis version of Tetris ? If not , you don’t have every version of Tetris.
That is an unlicensed version that never hit retail stores, it doesnt count. He is going for the licensed retail set
The line between collecting and hoarding seems pretty thin. Impressive collection though.
You didn’t show his TV setup.
We can't show everything and it wasn't near as important as all the other stuff
How are all collectors millionaires?
Huh? They are not lol
@@RetroWolf_YT if you have the expendable income to buy gaming paraphernalia like this (especially for years) you are.
I know dozens and dozens of collectors with huge game rooms and massive collections and none of them are anywhere even close to being millionaires lol. I hate to break it to you but you are simply wrong
Amazing collection
So amazing!
