Apoc isn’t number one. Unless he’s r4 or r5 he’s going to take away too long to get through a fight. Defensively there’s nothing hard about him when it comes to fighting him. His special attacks are just annoying. Once you get the dex timing down it’s super easy to deal with. If we’re talking strictly battlegrounds, he’s top 10 . We’re talking casual questing and war I can say he’s top-five.
I don’t know about apoc being 1st….
I think Domino, kitty and bishop are much worse.

If you’re using a mutant on apoc he can be pretty hard. Otherwise I’d put domino above him
