Is it happening. On 13th we had vj mock floor where we could see how entire floor would look like. Road will be opened after negotiations between 3 builders about money to spend to develop the road. Right now 2 are not happy with the amount quoted by the 3rd so negotiations r still on. It should get sorted out by possesion. Looks like new road entry would be from here. @SaudaGhar I had booked last year a property, and had reservations against agreement clauses, I asked to either modify or remove via email, byt they never replied and whenever I goto the site only then they were ready to discuss face to face, so I asked for cancellation, still they were no convinced, i had to goto the VP of the company,and after 2-3 months after such discussions fortunately I got full refund for booking amount +SDR, Since then I am still searching for another suitable property

I have purchased flat jn integrated township , which gave me some discount on stamp duty registration, and one time maintenance is lowering monthly expenses on flat...
VTP wale false selling karke bina allotment letter diye 1 percent k naam par mere 1.4 lakh khane wala tha. 6 months lage aur bahut mental harraasment hua but paise wapas aaye. But many people dnt fight and lose their hard earned money. Customers shud not bend and lose money for wrong reasons

I guess, you have to take possession if rera no. is different for each tower. If there is a single rera no. for project, you may wait for completion.

Usually Ye wo log hote hai jinka family income 1.5L + hota h.
I am able to take loan of 60Lakhs , my EMI for 30 years is around 45k, my family income is 1.55 lakhs..
