Bahut purana setting h...mai ye kya ERP 9 ( 2018-19 ) me hi kr chuka hu

I tried this setting in my current company but its not working sir!
When i check the setting i found that the - Enable default accounting allocation is YES, but Set/Alter Accounting Entries is NO, everytime i set it to Yes it Turns back to No!
What could be the reason sir? Is it because of the Educational mode?
