@@-sabrineaux3131 thank you! I was trying to be mindful of the people that I know watch my videos that may not feel the same way. 😌 I’m glad I am not coming across that way!
Girl I feel you on the $400!!! I feel like people who have an issue with you being semi disappointed with $400 don't realize the MAN HOURS put into making all those products to get that $400. I prepped and prepped for a Black Friday sale that I was hoping would exceed $1k in fact my true goal was $1,200. My Black Friday sale was just over $400 for two hours of streaming. I was like WTH ?!?!?!? I cancelled my shows on Saturday because I am handicapped and literally almost SICK due to the hours etc that went into prepping. So I slept on Saturday then I went live on Sunday night which is a usual night for me and OMG ........... I had to call my son to come out and start pulling orders for me as quickly as he could. The number of NEW customers and number of sales was INSANE!! Soooo between the two days I made $1,204!!! Soooooo very thankful, grateful and blessed!! So trust me I feel you on the $400!!! We had a larger streamer go live and raid into our show bringing us another new 38 followers and this is the second time she's done this. The first time she brought us over 300 new followers!!! I am sooo very thankful and blessed. we win some and lose some but everything is a lesson to learn from!
@@lizcarter6938 absolutely! I’m so glad yours turned out to be a positive 🫶🏻 I’m hoping to do an online shop drop in the next week or so to hopefully get a few more things to new homes
This was the first holiday market that didn’t go well, so I think it was an isolated experience, but this is my first full year doing markets so I was expecting ups and downs all year this year while I dip my feet into different markets! I think I was just disappointed with this one because I was expecting some growth from year to year and it just wasn’t there.
I can't keep my pickles in stock. I sell a bit smaller ones and I have them in pickle bags I got on amazon and I use my thermal printer and did an emotion support pickle label and people LOVE them!
Do I spy Hogwarts house colors with those ear warmers? I love that you provide all the patterns in your google doc! With markets that play music, or are just loud, would you consider voicing over recorded footage or playing non copywrite music?
@@DeliciousSmores you do 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻 and I do sometimes play music that is either royalty free or has no copyright, but usually if I record anything while at a market, it’s a sales update or something along those lines, so I could start doing some voice overs with sales updates and show my table at the less busy events!
@@sarahmarks1560 hi! I have the pattern linked in the Google doc, but it’s Maggie’s beanie by Crafty Mama Mir and it’s double stranded wt 4 yarn. She has all the yarn recommendations and good color combos in her pattern and has vid tutorials too :)
May I ask what brand of yarn do u use on the knitting machine. I just bought a sentro and most of my acrylic yarn isn’t working. Some of my loops and thread worked and big twist worked great. But is split so bad I couldn’t get it off of the machine without dropping stitches.
@@tonilathrop8796 my absolute favorite is heartland by lion brand! Caron simply soft works well too, and most of the hobby lobby brand i love this yarn works for mine aside from the painted canyon color way. It can really depend on the machine though.
@ me too! I may give my big twist another try b4 I go buy more yarn. It ran the smoothest. I have 2 events coming up in the middle of December, and wanted to have some hats to sell along with my plushies.

I totally agree ! I did much better earlier this year at least consistently but the holidays are not what I expected. or at least the markets I picked

I agree with you, midweek markets are not a good idea. I wouldn’t go as a customer, and certainly not as a vendor.
Yeah, especially early in the week 🤣 like I’m just tryna make it to the weekend again
