- Hello and welcome to the lunchtime crew's My Hero Academia Chapter Review! This is my review of the recent happenings in the newest My Hero Academia Manga Chapter. In this chapter, Hawks takes the lead, the vestiges fight back and Jiro loses her power!? So BUCKLE UP as I give you my review on chapter 355 of My Hero Academia!

It's like Iaian from OPM even though he was a swordfighter and he lost an arm, he continued going on giving his best
After so many chapters, they finally landed a hit on All For One! And on his mask no less! And while I felt bad about what happened to Jiro, it is realistically impossible for some people to not receive injuries in this conflict. So I must say that this is a nice touch on how bloody a conflict can really be.
The Second War fight is definitely going to be more interesting and here’s how the fights goes

Maybe Eri could heal Jiro or else she retires and becomes a rockstar which I think would be a better suiting ending for her story after her development during the school festival arc

Also pretty sure he is somewhere else doing something else.
This sets the stage for Endeavour and All For One to come back for a climactic exchange of ultimate moves. Both are injured which in Shonen terms just means they have to go to the next level. There’s no way this fight’s over yet, we haven’t even seen Tokoyami unleash Dark Shadow properly - and given that the last time he went berserk was when one of his friends got seriously injured, we could be setting up for that too.
All for one holds tokoyamis biggest weakness in just one of his fingers 💀
@@izukumidoriya-qg8lu Yeah, which is all the more reason for him to go Plus Ultra and overcome his one big weakness like a badass. It’s the final war, I want everyone pulling out mega moves before this is over.

Everyone: I don't think Eri is the franchise equivalent of the Dragon Balls. Even when she was hanging onto Deku when he fought Overhaul, while she kept him from tearing apart at 100% he still has his mangled up arm from fighting Muscular and the Burn from Dabi.
There are still some stakes here.
My take is that she can only heal recently inflicted damage, hence how she was able to keep Deku from tearing himself apart, but not his previous scars (dunno if this is true, that’s just my theory)
I agree and disagree, she's still so young and untrained, that it's hard to say what she can do for sure. But at this moment, she really can't help
eri is probably the worst plot point of mha. she is there to only break the entire series. it wold be better to give her like a mutant quirk so we could mix it up with the underused mutant discrimination stuff

Why in Every comments section they drag eri rewinding quirk when someone is hurt in mha like seriously she not even 10 yrs dude i don't think so heros will use her . They are literally hero ( by profession) and hero Don't use anyone for there own benefits even in the worst situations .So keep no hope from eri until she is like 15 yrs lol .

@Isha Shifar shes has a limit equaled to the energy stored in her horn. We don't know how that energy is produced. But she cant rewind without it. We know that because of Monama copying her but couldn't rewind since it was a "stockpile " type

I don’t think the heroes lives will be altered by damage. Let’s not forget Eri can rewind damages.
Yall relise that eri just use her quirk to give Mirio back his powers and it's going to take her some time to get her energy back up to use said power not to mention it's going to be difficult for her plus there could be fatally injured people that would be nothing more than jiro plus she is like 5 she doesn't need to see that and get scarred for life so you better hope recovery girl is enough.

I just want to point out eri was able to rewind her father's entire life away. She can rewind almight and give him ofa again. Her quirks broken like that. She can rewind a lifetime away, she can rewind almight
But there is a limit to the energy stored in her horn we learned that from Monama
Also one for all is not a genetic quirk and will most likely still get back to Deku again because it’s a self deciding quirk.

E. Before he gave up ofa. But the rewind could kill him make it so her power Is harder to control the farther back she's trying to rewind. I also honestly am disappointed we have no muscle form deku. He feels piecemeal instead of one solid hero like almight did. I just feel almight will play a pivotal role. He's still almight even with his injury. He's still the hero who saved people with a smile. He's still the symbol of peace and either he's gonna get his power back or sacrifice himself to save midoria and become a vestige for him but he would unite the powers of all the other vestiges to give us muscle deku imo.

Honestly, I really didn’t like that they added the students that barely did anything to face off AFO of all people just like that and the vestige bs was just underwhelming as hell for AFO.

Jiro did not lose her quirk stop overreacting. She still used her quirk with the force of two jacks with one. Like she has her quirk. Plus she was drawn with two jacks on the 8th anniversary spread and afo was with one arm. So something could happen to jiro that she will get her jack back. But she still has it
it just takes more of a toll on her body thats all, more after effects
i think she may either get a prosthetic one or she somehow manages to get it back
