What he says here is exactly why I started programming my conscious and subconscious mind to reject things like worry, anxiety and lack, by always responding to anyone and everyone who asks me how I'm doing, with the statement "I'm always too blessed to ever be stressed.".. we don't realize just how often we're asked that question and that our responses are usually empty or automatic, instead of meaningful, empowering and impactful.. the most beautiful and awe inspiring thing about constantly and consistently using the statement that I use, is that it not only works tremendously for reprogramming my own consciousness, attitude and mindset, but it also has the power to instantly and profoundly grab the attention of the people you say it to, allowing it to affect and alter their consciousness in a positive manner as well.. I started saying that 3 years ago and it has exponentially and unbelievably changed my life in ways that are nothing short of miraculous and mind blowing.. it's not at all difficult to do and it is actually pretty intriguing and fascinating to watch how people respond to you when you say it.. He was right! I literally acted totally ignorant today over some bill etc. doubting and going down that rabbit hole of worry and fear. A few hours later, I stopped after feeling exhausted from the low frequency I put my self in. I took control, smiled for no reason, felt grateful for all that I have, spoke to my dad for a while and laughed with him, cooked, and fed my family, listened to Abraham Hicks and soon after I was feeling great. The least on my mind was bills and worry. We really need to start getting smart about how our mind works. It really is pure ignorance to allow ourselves to entertain thoughts of impending doom, when we have the ability to create a better mood instantly. I heard some really good advice recently: Focus on the feeling you want to experience instead of the material outcome. Focusing on the material will only limit what you can manifest. It really helps me answer the question of “What do I want?” because I don’t really know what I want, but I know how I want to feel.
When I first accepted God in my life I seems to be more broke than ever. I didn’t know how I was going to buy gas put in the car food in fridge but for some reason I was happy I smile to myself I say is this how it feels to know God and walk the path of righteousness. It felt great because I knew deep within its going to alright. I was broke and never stress about it I didn’t have lunch and wasn’t hungry. God show me happiness is not an outside source . and having things don’t make me happy and content . So I’ve learn to be happy with what I have or don’t have. I’m at a much better place with physical things now . I know for sure more is coming.

Oh my god me and my husband are like this but im opposite. What i mean is im soo optimistic and even when bad things happens or we are struggling i always try to see the better side and keep a smile. My Husband on the other hand would let it just eat at him and ruin his mood. Eventually i would kind of influence him to be the same but he still has his days forsure. Everyone takes things different so just try to understand and influence.. if it doesn't work just let the person be. Sometimes people need time to be alone. Grief comes in al forms..

I know I keep sinning but I still believe I have faith in God. You must be an actual human being. Being positive without acknowledging the possibility of negative things happening, is like running around near a cliff with a blindfold on, believing that you won't fall off, or that there is no cliff. We Must acknowledge the existence of the negative and positive.
Thank God, I have no fear. I only get anxiety in a moment but never before a moment. An example would be anxiety for doing a presentation, i wont have anxiety until im giving it. If i make mistakes i will never fear making them again, ambition is a hell of a drug.
You can, try writing your feeling and thoughts down on paper. It will help organize your thoughts. Ask yourself questions like "What happened?" And "Why does that make me feel like this?" Also look up CEN (Childhood emotional neglect) you may not have that but learning about it can give alot of helpful advice about how to control anxiety. I haven't had an anxiety attack in 2 years. I still have anxiety from time to time but to a much lesser degree and no longer have full blown attacks. I promise you will get better, it's all about building self love and confidence. Never stop trying because you do deserve better.
If you hear this guys talks you will know that we are spiritual beings. All you have to do is look at famous celebrities/people idolise and hear these kind things they say and do to get were they are that is spiritual. Not physically working hard(this is just getting over that negative response). Why am saying this is if you know like is spiritual and you are doing something spiritual there must be a spiritual being you are also communicating with knowing/unknowingly. I have to admit - it took me a while to understand TRULY what he was saying. After after I wrote it down clearly and reviewed the info, I finally got it. "We set a goal and then look for the clues that our goal is producing results. We don't see the results and we begin to worry. Thank God, I have no fear. I only get anxiety in a moment but never before a moment. An example would be anxiety for doing a presentation, i wont have anxiety until im giving it. If i make mistakes i will never fear making them again, ambition is a hell of a drug.

You can, try writing your feeling and thoughts down on paper. It will help organize your thoughts. Ask yourself questions like "What happened?" And "Why does that make me feel like this?" Also look up CEN (Childhood emotional neglect) you may not have that but learning about it can give alot of helpful advice about how to control anxiety. I haven't had an anxiety attack in 2 years. I still have anxiety from time to time but to a much lesser degree and no longer have full blown attacks. I promise you will get better, it's all about building self love and confidence. Never stop trying because you do deserve better.
If you hear this guys talks you will know that we are spiritual beings.
All you have to do is look at famous celebrities/people idolise and hear these kind things they say and do to get were they are that is spiritual. Not physically working hard(this is just getting over that negative response).
Why am saying this is if you know like is spiritual and you are doing something spiritual there must be a spiritual being you are also communicating with knowing/unknowingly.
Now from what the guy said that spiritual side of you will express its self in one way like he said e.g fear.
