Very good thought but Is the location of ipad screen good for maps ? I mean you have to look below for theaps whoch makes a slight distraction everytime ? Any thoughts on this ?
Thanks for the thoughtful comment! With the voice instructions in Maps, I can effortlessly follow the road directions while keeping my focus on driving. If I ever need to examine the map in greater detail, I simply pull over to the side and take a moment to review it.

Small question - you mentioned that if ever in the future you wish to install speakers, tweeters, amplifiers, woofers; you can make it happen. Now what I’m looking to do, is fit 4 speakers & 2 tweeters in my car, while somehow using my iPad as a replacement for the infotainment unit.
So how can I connect the speakers & tweeters with the iPad? For a regular car unit, they connect the wires directly with the unit. But for an iPad, nothing comes to my mind.

Hi all... These are good hacks but not practical.... These magnets interfere with Bluetooth and the audio gets cracky while watching content.. Also on long drives due to jerks and vibration the tablet keeps falling which is very annoying
HI, thanks for the comment. We have gone on long drives and on bad roads, but not once has the Ipad fallen off. The magnets that we have purchased are very strong. Also, they do not interfere with the bluetooth at all. We have travelled almost 2000 kms and there was no problem at all.
Even I am using the same, these magnets are really really awesome and iPad is not even moving a bit.

One issue with this. When you leave iPad in place and park car under son, iPad falls off along with magnets. I used same brand of magnets as you.
