Abe the Otter Kit's Rescue and Rehab Story

Meet Abe, a three-month-old rescued North American river otter kit. Clearwater Marine Aquarium’s rescue team responded to the otter kit who was found by workers outside of a local business. Abe was brought in and received a health check from CMA's veterinarian. After taking vitals and receiving fluids it was determined that Abe would be transferred to another facility
so that he could be paired with other otter kits! Abe now has a friend named “Snug!” They will rehab together, in hopes of returning to the wild soon. Stay tuned for more updates
