Hi aanam! My mom suffers from heat triggered migraines and I would say keep drinking something cold and fresh that really helps her like nimbu paani, coconut water, cold coffee, etc. try including all types of hydration. Also I think there was an outfit change 4-5 times. Anyways I love how wholesome your vlogs are. Sending you healing energies and lots of love❤

Hey aanam I'm an interior designer and kid u not haven’t watched the entire video stopped somewhere around past 7.00 mins and started typing to let u know if u are planning to buy a house do it up please consider me i have seen zillion of ur videos and watching u past 4 years now and trust me whenever i see your kitchen or your decluttering or your organisational videos the designer in me starts commenting mentally and talk array she should do this or this would be better there……i dont know if u remember i had commented long time back when u were contemplating to buy a bag or office or a house i had commented than also please buy more space…..i have seen you so much that i feel i know what all you require need and want…. I also have a migraine problem in summer but a quick solution or trip that works for me is that before sleeping or early morning in deep my cold/ iced water like for proper 20-30 minutes. At night it really really helped.

My mum suggested me to have fresh naaril paani every morning empty stomach and i did it for like 2-3 months and now i rarely get headaches and now i take coconut water thrice or twice a week

I have acute migraine for years now and heat is a general trigger. Few things that had worked quite well for me and you can try 1) Juicy chemistry has this roll on which is actually really really soothing and helps with the pain quite a lot 2) If someone is travelling to Thailand, ask them to get tons of tiger balms and regular balms from there - those are magic potions in migraine. Hope these help❤
Also the Tiger Glass bottle one.. its available on amazon now..
Though its 4 tyms the price but still available.
