this ballet is called the awekening of flora

The ballet (La Réveil de Flore)was choreographed by Petipa to music by Riccardo Drigo. First presented in 1894. Reconstructed from notes and scores, presented at the Mariinski in 2007. It's an "anacreóntique" with gods and goddesses. Flora represents Spring; Hebe (this variation) is the goddess of youth.
