My stretching routine 1.0. A little story about my flexibility journey:
I was very stiff when I was a kid, it was hard to even touch my toes, then I improved gradually with time by doing many sports and doing a lot of stretching.
In the last years I didn't improve much because I was never really consistent with stretching, but I wanna try to get be consistent and get the splits or at least very close to the splits! ahah :)
In this video I show the exercises that helped me improve my flexibility, I hope they are gonna be helpful for you too!

Nice stretching routine👍 similar to mine just much more precise. I usually do whole body pretty quick and then extra time and care to the most stiff areas 😀

Thank you for that video! It is so useful! :D May I ask when you do that routine? I assume you don't do it before practicing because of long holds? Is it something you do after practice, in the morning or in the evening? Also, how long does this routine take in real time? Thank you. :D
Welcome! :D I usually do it in the morning or in the early afternoon, separated from the trainings.. I just started doing it since few weeks, but before I used to stretch only before or after the training.. this routine is usually from 20 minutes to 1 hour for me, it depends how stiff I am and how long I hold each position (I do it by feeling, I don't count).
@@KaioFalcrow okay, thank you so much! :D Also, do you have some tips on how to stay motivated? I'm still a beginner and I'm not improving too fast. When looking at how good you were after only one or two years, I wonder if I will ever be able to get nearly as good as you.

How long does it take you to do the stretching routine?
it depends because sometimes I hold each position longer, depending on how I feel, it can go from 25 minutes to more than 1 hour :)
can i make this stretching evryday in the morning ? OR ONLY WHEN I PARCTICE ?
Everyday in the morning would be very good :)

depending on how I feel, could be for 30 seconds or even more minutes if I feel stiff :)
