??? i think i used tilt controls moving that car for the cameras, go to replay and press the drone button and uhh just move it around for the motion blur i used capcut's motion blur feature
animated them in flipaclip, you couldn't notice because i gave the animation video a long aspect ratio so when i put it in this video, i zoom in the important part, hiding the watermark
