Pay attention to the Ware Jovic Herro minutes. Imagine how good that trio is going to be when Niko and Ware put on size and strength over the next couple years, while developing their chemistry further
Bam at 4, ware at 5, herro at 1, Nico at 3, if Duncan have consistent 3 ball every game this will give nightmare to any team.

Kelel is a rim deterrent. Players hesitate to go baseline with him roaming around. Bam does not get that respect and as a result teams attack the paint more with him on the floor. Kelel impact will be felt more. His ceiling is higher than Bam. Bam will either go to the 4 or play backup and I’m not sure he’s a 4.

If butler wants out, the only need a good 2 with consistent 3 and D most of the games. Slide ware to center and bam to 4. Love as back up center. Herro with a massive leap this season will give Heat a very good run.

My Heat starters, Ware center, Bam power forward, Nikolic (or possibly JJ) at small forward and be one of the biggest front lines in NBA. Guards, Herro and probably Highsmith or Terry at the other guard. They have plenty time to figure this out and make a deep run into the playoffs. Yes free Warewolf and let him off the bench. In 10 games playing 25 to 30-minutes he just might be better than Butler.
