Best thing about your videos is that sa graduate students or phd candidates, we are always challenged with mental problems. We often find ourselves lost, we cannot find any support, we suffer from the anxiety and feeling of lack of proficiency. In that sense, your videos are kind of peer support to me. Just stumbled across your videos and I'm really enjoying them! I'd like to use a grounded theory method for my MSc small scale research project but I have very limited time to conduct it (3months) which means I may have to limit participants to 4 or 5 max. Is this too small for a grounded theory study? My research supervisor assures me it's fine given the limitations of the project. Any advice??
I'm doing grounded theory analysis of monitoring of loans as cause for non performing loans in banking sector . After listening to your video I realized I can get a better insight of you to my issue of writing literature review. so, my issue is as an example if I'm writing literature of monitoring of loans as cause how literature, how should be constructed. I'm struggling between two frames in my mind about writing it, I mean do I need to entirely focus on previous qualitative articles researched in different contexts or do I need to incorporate previous quantitative articles along with qualitative studies conducted to stablish the literature review. or is it different from these two? So in sum, I want to know whether I should consider entirely qualitative articles or both quantitative and articles and would love to know flow of writing it
