This is how you hack on controller. You just plug it into the computer. The computer will recognize it as a controller. The hacks are separate. You have to let the game know you are using controller also and boom you can use a controller on comp while hacking.

It would be interesting to add a punitive measurement to cheating in online games. Only online should matter. Not sure if jail is right or a just a fine. I'd be ok with first offence finger removal of your choosing, second an index finger and third a thumb.
