Well the way I see it is that the writer saw what he wrote after Sasuke fought itachi and realized that the susanoo was too badass and OP and since Sasuke was the secondary main character which meant that he would eventually become more powerful than itachi, it would take more than Naruto turning into a big giant fox to compete with a susanoo.

....I don't know about the wings though....they do complement his susano, but if kishi were to keep the curse mark he should have made it so sasuke's wings were completely burned off by itachi's amaturatsu

I actually made a drawing a long time ago of a Curse Mark Stage 2 Sasuke with his Susanoo transformed into a Snake and he himself has a lightning bow shooting an ameterasu arrow!! He also has some design aspects from his adult version but not much
But I made it a long time ago so it obviously looks so bad to me lmao

(yes raikiri, sasuke should really learn raikiri since it's technically better) Indra's arrow + Susanoo's katana + dark lighting instead of normal blue lighting + kugutsuchi is like, a universe buster or something... can everybody please spam the frick out of cs2 so that the next ultimate ninja game features a what if sasuke, that learns raikiri, only uses six paths chakra on his raikiris (all of them are dark/onyx), uses kagutsuchi on all his dark raikiris, all his raikiris are also on his katana, and has CS2. Ultimate jutsu: kagutsuchi: dark raikiri chibaku tensei, followed by a blow of kagutsuchi: dark (six paths chakra) indra's arrow but instead of an arrow it's the susanoo's sword, and the susanoo has the curse mark markings. Would seriously be the best sasuke ever. Bonus: Sasuke has all eyes with mangekyo tensei-sharinnegans, and one in the forehead, which means unlimited teleporting, unlimited dimension shifting, all of his eternal mangekyo powers enhanced, all rinnegan paths and tenseigan chakra mode. Just imagine the ultimate jutsu I just described, but instead of a normal susanoo katana with dark lighting and kugutsuchi, it's also made out of truth-seeking balls, and the curse mark perfect susanoo is in tenseigan chakra mode. Would be sooooo OP and sooooo awesome.

only the raikiri part he can't do, right? all other things mentioned sasuke has done one way or another. Just the tensei-sharinnegan part is something that doesn't exist... chidori katana exists, dark/onyx chidori exists, kagutsuchi chidori exists, susanoo's katana exists, kagutsuchi: chibaku tensei exists, cs2, shifting from kaguya's dimension exists (he did that in boruto the movie)... So why not?
