The thing is... birmingham is getting very rough.. gangs, some carry illegal guns (since year 2001) Always consider good & bad areas of any town, best way to do it imo is drive around on a night time, esp friday & saturday night from 10pm....no point moving to somewhere because its cheaper but riddled with anti social behaviour... i work in a police station and monitor cctv for 7 towns 😊

Agree with you. "Don't know" why this video host is praising Barratts is a high quality developer. Those new houses built by them will show multiple faults in a matter of 2 years. What a joke! And heat pumps won't give sufficient heating in a harsh cold winter, and they are noisy when switched on.

Counil係屬於破左產的Birmingham council. 重要近Sparkhill. 是環境非常差的地區。

呢個價點買Solihull嗰邊，呢區只係Hall green，差過Solihull好多，去過就知大分別
我鐘意3房多d，客廳同廚房好大
大家要注意，有得揀嘅話，買兩層嘅屋好過三層，三層真係唔方便。三層比兩層平就係少人鍾意。
各個家庭需要唔同囉，三層樓house頂樓係一個大ensuite，如果屋企有老有細，夫婦住頂層感覺更有privacy
三层頂樓斜頂难放傢俬，而且隔熱层细左，頂层夏天会熱D，冬天会凍D。通常三层屋地面佔地比較少，所以樓价就會比較平。同样尺數的話，兩层也比三层实用。
雖然好明顯賣廣告，不過我朋友住呢度，大屋苑好似約 290戶？約有40戶香港人。新屋新環境一定靚架喇，每個新盤都有council house，買新走唔甩。另外，行去火車站十分鐘，火車出伯明翰市中心10分鐘（半小時一班火車）。啱D唔駕車既人士。附近有好多亞裔小超市，波蘭超市， Lidl唔大間既。我去過好多次，知既係咁多。買屋一定要親身去周邊行下呀！
仲有，自駕去Solihull 市中心 好似都要起碼15分鐘喎
