In java, the Wither just zooms at you, firing skills none stop, and it kind looks like it's spinning. But the bedrock one make the sky go dark and makes the fight feel like a typical boss battle, with a couple attacks here then backing off so you can fight.

What are you talking about? The Warden can like 5-shot full Netherite prot 4 on easy mode. To fight the Warden you need God armour, Sharpness 5 Netherite sword, Strength potion, A Notch apple and a potion of the turtle master.
