I have a pixel 7 and an iPhone 14 pro. I have the pixel 7 because the camera and android experience is top-notch(free VPN, free 100gb storage from Google one, best speech to text translation, call transcribing). Idk why so many hate on the P7 Pro, had it since launch and it works seemingly well. My main gripes with the device are the facial recognition, coming from a 4XL, the P7 pro does not recognize you in lower lit areas, or even wearing sunglasses, but the 4XL does this with ease. I hope Google steps it up with the P8 pro and not just go with a bare minimum class 3 sensor for facial recognition. Another thing I would like to see gone on the succeeding variant is the curved-glass display. Could care less about it, and glass screen protectors do not adhere as well on a curved panel display. Another concern is the modem, I wish Google would acknowledge these issues, there is a reason Samsung stopped using Exynos in their newer Galaxy S devices. It would be nice if Google woke up and went over to TSMC for architecture and development for their SoC's but, that seems like a pipe dream.. ;(

Pixel 7 Pro is way better choice than S22 Ultra, S23 Ultra or iPhone 14 Pro Max. Google made unbelievably good high quality device and paired it with their software and AI magic. Price is just a cherry on the top. It is the best and the smartest smartphone of 2022 and on the market currently.
Have to disagree with you, I had the pixel 7 pro since launch and can say its shit, it crashed twice, the keyboard non responsive, phone would freeze , multiple call drops, would randomly drop signal…. I can say it’s crap
@@MichaelJ84. No issues with mine. I have a pixel 7 pro, iPhone 14 pro max, fold 4, and S22U. S22U has been barely used. Love the 7 pro and fold 4. S22U over exposure and poor hdr has been a let down. I have to always manually adjust the exposure before I shoot. Sometimes I have to take a few pics to get what my eyes are seeing. 7 pro is point and shoot and looks great! iPhone 14 pro max is over sharpening many of its pics. Anyways, maybe you received a bad one 🤔 Just cause you had a bad experience doesn't mean everybody else does and the phone is no good. the $1200 phone 'should be' better than a $749 phone. the pixel 7/Pro deserves to sit right next to iPhone 14 Pro/Max and S23+/Ultra. I have the reg 7 in addition to the S22 and iPhone 14 Pro. Love it. Camera beats Both samsung and iPhone. in fact, the S22 camera is pure trash. it comes back with completely wrong colors and its waaaaaaay way over sharpened to the point the sharpening looks like Noise in the picture. Worst camera I have ever used on a smart phone in the last 6 years. PS: benchmarks mean literally ZERO these days. All three phones are smooth as can be.
Google should use the Snapdragon chips to avoid thermal throttling from heat even gaming Android smartphones have vapour chamber cooling if google is using samsung manufactured exynos chips with tensor core overlay it is bound to heat up .. Google is mostly a software company and they should try to give a better varient processor and work on camera hardware instead of just tweaking the software every now and then.... Nice work.. 👍

Only when I tap the video it became brighter. I don't know how I can fix it just hoping someone did fix their issue. Thank you
I'm thinking about buying Google pixel and I watch now different reviews. In the beginning when you said that galaxy s22 ultra is the best smartphone - man, it cost double of google pro. At least compare phones in same price range
PIXEL 7pro is a beast, google works more with software not hardware. On paper the Samsung is very good. But in reality, usage and consistency the google is the best.
I bought my pixel 7 pro 10 days ago and find out that my AirPods pro 2 gen. Isnt compatible. After 90 seconds it just stops playing. Nobody says it in the Reviews. Would have been good to know. And there isn’t a way to fix it, it’s up to google or apple to release a update but who knows when or if it comes
Hi bro, i want to buy a phone but idk which one. So theres S22 256gb 4 months old, then there's S22 plus 128gb 1 year old, and finally there's the pixel 7 pro 128gb also 1+ year old and all between 500-550€ so between the same price range. Which should i choose? And which is a better option? Thank you!
The volume rocker issue just happened to me. I bought the phone a couple of weeks ago, and the volume rocker fell off today. And it has never been dropped and I have not mishandled my phone. Google said it was not covered by the manufacturer's warranty and that it must have happened through excessive use of force, and went on to say that the issue was only "cosmetic." It's not. I cannot change the volume on my phone now, and they won't let me return it. I buy new phones all the time, and this has never happened to me before. How the hell does a phone lose its buttons? There is something seriously wrong here.
My pixel 7 pro is almost perfect now except for a screen-freezing bug that I get. In the begging I waqs having Bluetooth issues with my p7p and it was driving me nuts but google ironed that out and now all that is left is the screen freezing/ unresponsiveness bug
A honest reviewer. Yea Lots of INFLUENCERS pushing this phone 📱🤑. I Notice a lot of marketing for the pixel just like iphone. I fell for its 1 generation before pixel came, I had Nexus, actually 2 of then before. It was nice all around but in reality in comparison to the Note or top samsung it's not there. But it's cheaper so its a good deal unless you really a Gamer or want all the bells and whistles like me. And more stable longer lasting phone just get Iphone or samsung S line. The regular PIXEL 7 is a steal if a deal tho.
By the way, the problem with the screen that doesn't move smoothly has already been fixed and works great! Overall I am satisfied with it but the size of the phone bothers me a bit
s22 ultra is so far from best smartphone of 2022 1500$ phone freezes and reset itself at least 1 time a week. Average Battery. So many other bugs and random freezes. At least pixel is 899.
Somebody being honest about this phone.. IMO the Pixel 7 pro has been the worst phone I've owned in many years. They've even found a way to mess up BT, I ended up taking back pixel buds, because they kept disconnecting.. now it randomly discounts from my car and my cheap buds.. The screen responsiveness is annoying as hell, pisses me off that they found a way to mess that up too.
I agree I switched from Samsung to pixel 7 pro and it's junk. Screen constantly efs up, locks up with their own apps, BT never works right, and the camera isn't that good. I'm not impressed at all.
I got a Pixel 7 from Amazon about a week ago. Strangely I noticed the colors are a bit washed out especially when I place it besides my Samsung. It has some kind of yellowish tint (very noticeable when I use the front camera in low light). Has anyone else experienced this issue? Software is updated btw. I fear it's an hardware thing
That's how pixel screens are. They are not as vibrant as Samsung screens. Also try changing your wallpaper. Press down on the home screen, select wallpaper and style. Pick another basic color.
I wanna get one since i currently use an ancient lg g5 But i am so unsure, cause the heate will get even worse when trying to play a game while sitting in the sun And in around 7 months the google pixel 8 will release and the price of the 7 will prob sink
I using Google pixel 7 pro 👌👍👍👍👍👍❤....... it's a better phone then any other phone 📱 till now..... because I used all the brand mobile..... still it doesn't give good preform....
That phone is better than the Galaxy and iPhone 14 pro max in many ways. May be cus it's a new experience for me after using both Samsung and iPhone 14 pro.
The screen is totally responsive, the longer swipe gesture is there by default to avoid accidental page changes. It has literally nothing to do with screen "responsiveness" Secondly the Pixel 7 Pro comes with only 12GB of RAM, there is no 8GB version of it so you're wrong over there as well. A decent review as overall it's not as good as S23 Ultra because of the performance but then again it's half the price most of the times so you can't complain
What a ridiculous review video. His negatives are having to put a bit more pressure on the screen with your finger to swipe lol. Gets hot when gaming like most other phones. As the phone gets used more the heat issue gets much better something important he didn’t mentioned. The rest was praise but on top of that left out several other benefits it has over the s22. So yes pretty ridiculous !
Thank you. You are the only UA-camr that told the truth about the horrible screen sensitivity issue. It's getting worse on these phones. It's hard to get a call. It's hard to end a call. It's hard to click on to any links. And their workaround of using a factory reset is not working. Facial recognition fails constantly but the worst is the touch screen sensitivity. Even if you have it all the way up, the phone still cannot feel your finger. I should have watched your video instead of the other UA-camrs and not by this phone
I got a pixel 7 today and I'm taking it back tomorrow. Poor quality screen. Browser is laggy and doesn't work well. The camera is poor and has a disappointing resolution. And the Gmail app doesn't open links. Edit It's rubbish

I am using it since November and never had any issues or bugs. Only once one app froze from that period of heavy usage every day.
Have to disagree with you, I had the pixel 7 pro since launch and can say its shit, it crashed twice, the keyboard non responsive, phone would freeze , multiple call drops, would randomly drop signal…. I can say it’s crap
I had the pixel 7 pro and now it has been replaced by the s23 ultra. Since Samsung has tuned a lot with the new model
@@foxcloud I did the same my s23 ultra is coming can’t wait
@@MichaelJ84. No issues with mine. I have a pixel 7 pro, iPhone 14 pro max, fold 4, and S22U. S22U has been barely used. Love the 7 pro and fold 4. S22U over exposure and poor hdr has been a let down. I have to always manually adjust the exposure before I shoot. Sometimes I have to take a few pics to get what my eyes are seeing. 7 pro is point and shoot and looks great! iPhone 14 pro max is over sharpening many of its pics. Anyways, maybe you received a bad one 🤔
Just cause you had a bad experience doesn't mean everybody else does and the phone is no good. I almost didn't upgrade to S23U because the pixel 7 pro is that good
Where can I get your wallpapers? They are really nice
Real tone kicks in and nails it
I use pixelOS custom ROM on my Redmi note 10 pro and I enjoy most of this features with insane performance better than MIUI
Xiaomi brand to go
Where can I buy redmi note 10 pro
the $1200 phone 'should be' better than a $749 phone. the pixel 7/Pro deserves to sit right next to iPhone 14 Pro/Max and S23+/Ultra.
All three phones are smooth as can be.
these problems you mentioned, I've never experienced them on mid range phones. How come????
Same here bro. It could be my unit. Other people are experiencing the same issue online. Hopefully a software update will fix it.
The google tensor chip is getting hot, mid range phones don't use that chip
Google should use the Snapdragon chips to avoid thermal throttling from heat even gaming Android smartphones have vapour chamber cooling if google is using samsung manufactured exynos chips with tensor core overlay it is bound to heat up .. Google is mostly a software company and they should try to give a better varient processor and work on camera hardware instead of just tweaking the software every now and then.... Nice work.. 👍
I don't know about the screen responsiveness cause mine is perfectly fine super smooth and extremely responsive for me maybe something wrong with yours no hate just saying
Just a question, does anybody have an issue when watching youtube in google pixel pro7 and the brightness of the video is darker even when my display screen is on 100% brightness.
My Google assistant kept coming on everytime you mentioned Google 😂😂😂😂
I'm torn between a Pixel 7 pro or an Oppo Find X 5 Pro, what does the community think?
Thank you!
7 pro all days
You think 40° c is super hot?
The volume rocker issue just happened to me. I bought the phone a couple of weeks ago, and the volume rocker fell off today. And it has never been dropped and I have not mishandled my phone.
Google said it was not covered by the manufacturer's warranty and that it must have happened through excessive use of force, and went on to say that the issue was only "cosmetic." It's not. I cannot change the volume on my phone now, and they won't let me return it. I buy new phones all the time, and this has never happened to me before. How the hell does a phone lose its buttons? There is something seriously wrong here.
That's sad.
My pixel 7 pro is almost perfect now except for a screen-freezing bug that I get. In the begging I waqs having Bluetooth issues with my p7p and it was driving me nuts but google ironed that out and now all that is left is the screen freezing/ unresponsiveness bug
Can I buy pixel 7 pro for normal usage I'm not playing games in phone
It's excellent for normal usage and right now the price is very good.
@@valorreviews my usage is browsing & social media it's good
Google Pixel 7 Pro even crushes Samsung s23 ultra on DXO marks.. This is my next phone! Scratches? Use a case :P
Good day Mr Valor, please can you do a video or tell me the best windows laptop below 300k
Can you send the link to that Jon Snow wallpaper pls???
A honest reviewer. Yea Lots of INFLUENCERS pushing this phone 📱🤑. I Notice a lot of marketing for the pixel just like iphone. I fell for its 1 generation before pixel came, I had Nexus, actually 2 of then before. It was nice all around but in reality in comparison to the Note or top samsung it's not there. But it's cheaper so its a good deal unless you really a Gamer or want all the bells and whistles like me. And more stable longer lasting phone just get Iphone or samsung S line. The regular PIXEL 7 is a steal if a deal tho.
For me, Samsung s22 ultra is the king. But pixel 7 pro still give the best value for money. Video quality is samsung.
Yeah the price difference between the pixel 7 pro and the S22 ultra is tempting but I would rather go for the pixel 7
@valor i saw one of your advert on investment ie Pillow or something, can you shed more light on it? i mean more details
Look the price just dropped for like $400, the pixel 7 pro is a steal for me at this point, my iPhone has been driving me crazy
By the way, the problem with the screen that doesn't move smoothly has already been fixed and works great! Overall I am satisfied with it but the size of the phone bothers me a bit
Was it through a software update? If that issue can be fixed the pixel 7 pro will be a great smartphone to use.
@@valorreviews Probably.. I'm currently on a version 5.10.17
@@valorreviews I sent you a video on Instagram of how it is for me. I wonder if this is a bug that only you have
@@valorreviews it was not fixed. I think it's a hardware issue. P7P still has the same issue. Still lags avs stutters as well smh
s22 ultra is so far from best smartphone of 2022 1500$ phone freezes and reset itself at least 1 time a week. Average Battery. So many other bugs and random freezes. At least pixel is 899.
What is up with the Orange hue on the pixel 7 pro
Dynamic range is obviously much better on the Pixel than Galaxy.
That's because it's an exynos samsung. If it were to be a snapdragon, it'll have way better processing and quality.
@@Jay-cl9qp ok
Samsung: chocolate man
Google: no honey that's hyperpigmentation
Which one is better S20 ultra or Google Pixel 7 pro? And why?
Please I hope you answer this

good review, but where is the long term review? just mention all the spec and features, wrong title
Dis you watch the video at all?
I got a Pixel 7 from Amazon about a week ago. Strangely I noticed the colors are a bit washed out especially when I place it besides my Samsung.
It has some kind of yellowish tint (very noticeable when I use the front camera in low light). Has anyone else experienced this issue?
Software is updated btw. I fear it's an hardware thing
That's how pixel screens are. They are not as vibrant as Samsung screens. Also try changing your wallpaper. Press down on the home screen, select wallpaper and style. Pick another basic color.
@@valorreviews I flashed GrapheneOS and I now enjoy it better than stock.
Google Android supports Miracast but blocks the software in their Pixel phones.
Thanks sir ❤️
Much love from Bangladesh 🇧🇩
I can't wait to get my pixel 7 pro
I wanna get one since i currently use an ancient lg g5
But i am so unsure, cause the heate will get even worse when trying to play a game while sitting in the sun
And in around 7 months the google pixel 8 will release and the price of the 7 will prob sink
Does this have that horrid edge screen like Samsung galaxy phones?
I think Google pixel 7 pro wins on camera compared to samsung S22. But broo where do you get those wallpapers i like them😊
I using Google pixel 7 pro 👌👍👍👍👍👍❤....... it's a better phone then any other phone 📱 till now..... because I used all the brand mobile..... still it doesn't give good preform....
Please can you drop a link or where we can get this Nigeria
Do you work for Samsung?
Esim dey work for naija?
Love your reviews cos you always go deep . Keep up the good work man
Thanks brotherly. Thanks for watching as well.
"That's what she said"
That phone is better than the Galaxy and iPhone 14 pro max in many ways. May be cus it's a new experience for me after using both Samsung and iPhone 14 pro.
The screen is totally responsive, the longer swipe gesture is there by default to avoid accidental page changes. It has literally nothing to do with screen "responsiveness"
Secondly the Pixel 7 Pro comes with only 12GB of RAM, there is no 8GB version of it so you're wrong over there as well. A decent review as overall it's not as good as S23 Ultra because of the performance but then again it's half the price most of the times so you can't complain
sounds like the dislikes are preferences and nothing to do with the quality of the actual phone.
Valor just gave us a glimpse of the Tecno phantom X2
Looking forward to a review and comparison
Yeah, the video will be out on Friday.
Samsung bloatware is the worst. This is one of the main reason I went with the pixel 7 pro.
I have rog 5 should i upgrade ??
I have P7P and i love it. However, because the touch sensitivity issue, i might sell my P7P! Its is so annoying.
Edit
It's rubbish
I'm torn between S23 PLUS and Pixel 7 Pro. What should i buy? Help me decide. 😥😥
Go for the S23 ultra
Go for the pixel
@@micky5407 already did! I'm loving it ♥️

Everybody loved hating on the pixel 6 when it was getting all of negative reviews. Now the pixel 7 has been getting awesome reviews the haters be hating. No phones are perfect. And please stop with the no expandable storage complaint, every phone maker other than Sony has ditched that perk years ago.
How about you reveiw the ZTE axon40 ultra
It isn't available in my country
Nice one bro. I guess Google needs more optimization.
Im in the market for a new phone and im tempted im ashamed to say my current phone is a Samsung s9 plus lol
well obviously it is not going to swipe when you swipe for 5 mm
It was ratted the best smart phone because of its price range and even come with alot more features than other Flagships
I think is the Google pixel 7pro that is better show color well
do some research its OLED not Amoled
If Samsung will ever release Ultra aka Note series phone with vanilla Android then it will beat any other brand model phone.
So if I get this phone for $500 ,I've done well? 🤔
How come you got that many subscribers
I stole it
More pictures of the puppy Soo cute
If you say this phone isn’t good then stop making videos because it’s a shame to call yourself a tech reviewer and don’t even know anything
Maybe it's just my piece, but my pixel 7 Pro is by far the shittiest, the MOST buggy phone I have EVER used. I have no idea how I haven't broken it till now. Can't wait to swap this POS out ASAP
Your caption do not buy it... Isn't fair for the phone
It's because of the price difference. The Pixel is the better phone. Phones are tapped out as far as hardware. Plus, you don't get bloat ware on the OnePlus like you do on a Samsung. How much does Samsung pay you?
I absolutely hate my pixel 7. And knowing I have to keep it for another year and half to pay it off is actually mild torture.
