I am SO sorry its been so long!!! I can assure you I won't leave it this long again, I have really missed posting on UA-cam!!! The footage towards the end of this video isn't great but I really hope you enjoy it anyway, I will up my game!

wow I love this, Zoe. I enjoy these videos, After my workouts, I find having a dip in my cold water pod, helps me heal with the muscle ache and then I am able to carry on the next day. Just start slow and work up to 5min. his will help you so much. xx
