  • For over sixty years, Sayed Al-Mataany has been using thousand-year-old, Ancient Egyptian methods to carve hieroglyphs into vases and sculptures - but major blows to Egypt’s tourism industry have caused a steady decline in the number of tourists coming to Luxor to buy his ornaments.     I visited one of these stone workshops on Luxor. Really cool stuff. Bought a handmade flint statue of Horus perched on a scarab

    You cant do any if this with coper hammers. Hes not telling the truth this is not handed down from anyone its not how they did it
