State Capture Inquiry | Mokonyane refutes claims that she received bribes from BOSASA

Former Water and Sanitation Minister Nomvula Mokonyane has refuted claims that she received bribes from BOSASA. Last year, the company's former COO Angelo Agrizzi told the Zondo Commission of Inquiry into State Capture that Mokonyane got a monthly R50 000 from BOSASA. The cash was apparently in a bid to help secure lucrative tenders from the state. He claimed that on two occasions he witnessed the money delivered and handed over to Mokonyane. But as Ntebo Mokobo reports, Mokonyane had steadfastly denied the allegations.
