I live on Vancouver Island, been here 28 years, grew up in Edmonton. The Vancouver fan base is the worst culture I’ve experienced. I swear it is why I stayed with the Oilers.

I don’t know if anyone else noticed this but after Dallas played labamba to mock the oilers the stars never won another game!….maybe these other nhl clubs just might not want to piss off the oilers!
They also apologized for that error in judgment and raised thousands for the Ben Stelter foundation as a result. I'm an oilers fan, but Dallas was all class about that incident
I don't think it was the la Bamba incident that fueled them lol. I think it was the lack of belief by everyone in the media & hockey world that said that the series was over after game 3. Either way, I'm glad they (& skinner) found their game

Wrong. They played the song after their Game 2 win in Dallas. They then won Game 3 in Edmonton. Oilers win the next 3.
