Wow, he voiced so many! I knew about Fairy Tail, but I didn't know he voiced my favorite Blue Exorcist character, too! And FMA. I'm so used to that voice being the hero in Fairy Tail, that's it's weird to hear it as a villian.
I really really hope that one day he is voicing the german dub of Fairy Tail :) (for those who don't know: He was born in Düsseldorf in Germany and he can speak it fluently :P)
I just keep on hearing Natsu LOL. I watched Hakkenden and one of the characters, Shino had Tetsuya Kakihara as the VA and my first reaction was, "Isn't that Natsu? O.O" It's sad but true Dx

Seeing him voice so many characters is insane. I knew he was talented but wow, he is super talented. I came here because of Wanderer cause he voiced him so well! I laughed seeing him play funnier characters and it just fits omg.
With Junichi Kanemaru showing his age, I think its safe to assume that Kakihara-san would make a great replacement when it comes to casting as Sonic the Hedgehog.

It was so similar to the Animax English dubs that I grew up with!🥺 His voice is actually quite smooth but he can hit those rough notes too with lots of range variety of sounds. I can see why people love the subs so much Tetsuya Kakihara did an awesomejob voicing him. It makes me wanna watch it in Japanese even though I love the official English dub too.
The best voice acting he's done in my opinion is in Fairy Tail because it brings out Natsu's own personal character with all the screaming and shouting he's done in there as the major role!
