It can be SO hard to keep up household responsibilities sometimes. Truly they never end and figuring out what to make for dinner can be really exhausting. It's okay to lean on frozen food, food doesn't lose nutritional value in the freezer. Freezing my own food has also really helped. I freeze soup in silicone molds, curries including chicken tikka masala, lasagna cut into individual portions, Bolognese sauce. Good luck, it's normal to feel burned out.

Getting into a funk is so common, we want so badly to be on top of everything; cooking, cleaning, working out and it can honestly be exhausting. Gorgeous girl mashaAllah ❤ and yes felt the same after Ramadan, as far as feeling lowkey depressed; didn’t feel like doing anything and just waiting for the night to come so I could go to sleep.. I turned to the quran and am now fasting the 6 days of shawwal to feel the Ramadan vibes again. As someone said, Ramadan is gone but Islam and Allah aren't. Alhamdulilah. Thanks for this video Loren, looking forward to watching it 😊❤
