GRASSMEN are the fast-paced, global agriculture phenomenon whose video content and merchandise are recognised worldwide. The business was started in 2009 by current director Gareth Gault, known to fans as ‘Donkey’. His love and passion for machinery allowed him to experiment with cameras and upload content to UA-cam. To his surprise, a large following soon developed and the niche in the market for real-life, documentary, farming and machinery action made it possible to drive the brand forward.
We at GRASSMEN, pride ourselves on providing an exclusive look into agricultural manufacturers, meeting real, working farmers, showing and demonstrating tractors and machinery through all seasons such as silage and slurry and ultimately educating and entertaining our fans.
If you love all things agriculture from top manufacturers such as John Deere, Fendt, Massey Ferguson, JCB, Land Rover and many many more, come and join #teamgrassmen, we would love to have you!

Having just two or three of these to do mundane field work and one manually operated tractor will be such a huge improvement. Being able to free yourself up to do other non field work or just allow you to focus on things you enjoy I can only imagine.

The dairy industry is being revolutionised by autonomy, about time the arable side caught on.

Great use of technologies. Im guessing buying an AgBot costs more money at first, but when you use it, it's cheaper every hour. you save money on workers, fuel, and fixing things. Over time, this can make it a better deal for farmers who want to make their work better and save money. 🚜

it's exciting technology that's only going to get better and cheaper, but it's not good news for the smaller farmer.

Super heavy batteries are actually beneficial in a tractor.

Robotic application will have a place in all forms of industry for the foreseeable future. There will be many application for which they will not be suitable but for large, boring, repetitive jobs over long periods they are a prime means of application and production. They also do not require lighting in non public accessible areas and have no man hour reductions just pass on from shift to shift operator. One operator and many machines. In this example this is how you help to feed 68 million people in the U.K.

No, it’s the end of farmers. Why can’t people see that soon the banks won’t need you anymore. They will just have their A.I. farm for them.

I think farming, as well as many other work functions, will go to remote controlled vehicles. When asked about alternate fuels, why is ethanol fuels from biomass never discussed - and I do mean never? Ethanol from biomass and oils from biomass (i.e. algae) do not contribute to global warming. Both are readily compatible with internal combustion engines. EVs do not perform as well as ethanol or biomass oil powered internal combustion engines. Also, the electrical system, the grid mainly, is very inefficient which means, lots of energy in to give enough electricity to meet the end user's needs.
