Bro premoved answer for the question lol
xD
Omg people in press was like: you think you can celebrate a win ? Nah , here is some engine lines we don't understand that you missed
No one does that except that cringe ind!an sagar shah , everytime poking players with engine lines which he literally understands nothing about (and neither me)
poor guy forced to do a press conference after that monstrosity of a game
Yep he need to rest, the game was very stressful for ian defending like that.
And the indian with that annoying question saying if he knew the engine variation in which he would be lost. Of course not.
When you win you don’t really mind
Vidit straight up deciding the entire tournament
Someone will do it now or later
Yeah now Hikaru and Gukesh will have to press
Alireza will decide it. he plays below his level, but in one game, if he wants he can beat anyone and also lose to anyone
Vidit wins against Hikaru and throws against every opponent that is in Hikaru’s way.
It’s just as much decided by Ian and Hikaru’s play. It’s not like he played so much worse vs Ian than vs Hikaru.
VD must hate Hikaru lmao
Well played Ian , well played !
did he say at 2:05 that he blundered like an idiot? :D :D
He did
Google translate gives me "Sees" when I tried to translate "Видит".... what... XDXDD
@@bolinsun9565 thats right
I’m frustrated too, but Vidit is there for himself, just like all the players, and this was his best chance to make a comeback. A draw against the leader doesn’t do much for him.
Exactly! I dont understand all these Vidit haters. Vidit has achieved more in his life than all of these haters. Theres still 3 more rounds to go and the lead isnt set in stone. All I want to say is that my respect goes out to Vidit, this is an individual game and he did the best he could. Keep your head up man, love from Germany
Agree
Exactly, he had to go for a win, but ended up not spotting his winning chance and lost in the process!
Yeah but vidit is dumber than the others, he isnt as good of a player as them and should know that
@@dennercassio no he missed his win
ЯН БОЛЬШЕ ПОДГОТОВКИ, А ТАК КРАСАВЧИК!
Vidit went from absolutely winning to drawing to absolutely losing in a very long game, must had been hard for him.
ЯН УДАЧИ!!!
Nepo 2 : Hikaru Kryptonite 0
Imagine if nepo wins it and lose again to ding in world championship.
Clearly shows he is one of the best end game players. There is just so much to calculate that he trusts he can win even if a computer would beat him.
Nepo the GOAT.
Of the Candidates
Until Magnus shows up
Due to the double pawn sacrifice of NEPO, Vidit stood in a deep dark forest. Almost perfect endgametechnik from nepo. he is a beast
He still has to learn how Knight moves
Ian: won
Reporters: here is some engine lines that could have made you lose.
Ян красавчик!!! Из Туркменистана болеем за тебя! Вперед, легенда!!!
Looks like Nepo will be the next World Champion
I doubt it lol.
liren will ding him again
Vidit is really Hikaru's kryptonite
Nepo!!
To be honest he said "No" nicely with a laugh and kept shaking his head. I thought they would just give him a pass, but no off came the questions!
😂bruh is like why they asking this question
Nepo and hikaru the only players who play like human to trick opponents. Others just cant finish without engine prep.
Vidit's entire life purpose is to cockblock Hikaru
👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
Ian....reporters, you are morons. Give me the mouse, and let me go send Vidit some more chocolate.
@7:45 Sagar bhai
Nepo been completely lost like 5 times and hasn’t lost a game yet, he’s got the luck this time
sagar bhai!
Янчик Янчик Янчик
Where is vidit
crying in his cabinet
Plotting how to keep ruining hikarus life
@@tobyquaite8616 He not only ruined Hikaru's chances, but Gukesh's as well.
The last 3 games are very important. 4 men have a chance
Why did Vidit 🇮🇳 choose to play a Russian opening against Nepo, a Russian 🇷🇺 The Petrov? Really?
Nepo has plot armour
Nepo luckiest candidate 🙂
Vidit unluckiest candidate
Ian cheated. He has telepathy with Magnus to win that ending. J/K. He uses his peppo.
At this point i am sure vidit just hate hikaru
nepo kind of comes off as a prick.
Ian in denial that he was totally losing at one point. The self-analysis in his hotel room will be a cold shower.
vidit couldn't find the only move, so he wasn't totally losing...
Maybe against stockfish, but not against any human player.
@@bolinsun9565 A +3 position for black is totally losing. What you are saying makes no sense. That's like saying if someone misses a mate in 1, they weren't actually losing whilst the mate was playable. Silly.
@@MrMoeqtя желаю вам разыграть 100 позиций с схожей оценкой и выиграть их все, не имея перед глазами градусника, бутылки пива в руке и дивана под пятой точкой)
@@MrMoeqt Mate in 1 is almost never missed at the top level even with seconds on the clock. And that +3 evaluation was based on one single move, and to play that required deep calculation which vidit's time pressure simply didn't allow. That's why he's not totally losing at all. Everyone is a top-level tactician with a powerful engine, that's what makes playing cheaters online so infuriating, but a number(based on a metric that many players and coaches dislike) doesn't always mean a winning position.
Pragg will take revenge for this game
no word about d5 moment when white could sac a piece and win.... meh
Bro played like s*** and still won game, then u know how Vidit played bad. It is sad that one player probably deciding the tournament, such a throw.
bruh 95 accuracy and 90 accuracy isn't bad ... yea mistakes happened in crucial spots but like it happens in every chess game unless you play like an engine
So what! They all play him.
Hikaru survived a lose vs fabi and grindid a win vs abasov in losing position also
You must be joking
Didn’t know playing with 95 percent accuracy was playing like shit, both players had around 10 minutes on the clock when Ian blundered, and the blunders weren’t easy to calculate at all. I don’t consider a lot of positions deep dark forests, but this position cant even be considered a forest, it’s a thick thicket of complexity.
bitter loser even when winning
no need to project, that doesn't help you :/
Shut ur hole. Son
Cry me a river
Nepo didn’t seem to like those questions lol
He is just exhausted.
lol yeah idk why they were good questions..
He already said no to Questions before they even asked lol
Ian, go, Ian, you our king!
Мне нравится стиль непомнящего
I’m tired of seeing him in the championship match. Need a new face
BOTH played Well, Vidit ❤️
Nepo managed to maintain no loss run in the tournament.
Congrats! It was a fun game!
Vidit being a true homie feeding both the leaders Gukesh and Ian free wins. His sacrifice will go down in history!
What insanity prompts a player to NOT draw in this game?????
@@katalysis 🤣🤣🤣
@@katalysismaybe that was one of the only chances for him to catch up?
free wins?? Funny how all the 800 elo players are judging super gms on a super hard tournament lol
@@katalysis if a draw does no good, might as well go for the win
Not nepo again winning the candidates😂😂
Vidit bit it.
please someone tell me where I can watch the collective live
I mean, in FIDE channel the stream is there, seperate stream, you can watch that steam if you want entire 6 hours of game.
@@sak1499
I want to know about the press conference live, the games I already watch🥲
@@andrefelipesoliveira1890 they don't cut the press conference, this is the full version
@@sak1499 thanks❤️
How did vidit lose that?
He couldn't handle the time pressure
Inability to discern whether a position is a 2 result outcome or a 3 result outcome. It’s like a pro chef whose palate can’t tell if a dish tastes good or mediocre.
timepressure
By trying to win, I think
Vidit is not good at chess
Vidit using beads vs Hikaru
He had losing positions and said that IS a draw
Losing positions as per the engine dont always mean a human with just 10 min on clock would be able to convert it, nepo also had 10 min so considering that, they played really well and hard lick for vidit, I can't decide where was the move after which the passed c pawn actually became a very big threat
And let me tell you, from the middle game, black had 3 passed pawns, one of them had to be a threat.
Nepo only in the lead by 1/2 point. Hikaru and Gukesh still close to Nepo. It’s not over. If Hikaru wins tomorrow vs Alireza and Nepo draws vs Pragg or if Pragg beats Nepo than thee is still chess to be played.
Nepo vs naka will decide the tournament
Gukesh can still beat Abasov and get into the tournament, same goes to Naka.
This is far from over but, nepo is playing white against prag, who is also not having a great tournament, if nepo wins the round 12, it will be officially over.
Ian has gotten very lucky this tournament, plain and simple. He has been in trouble many times and somehow manages to save these games
Winning 3 candidates in a row isn’t really lucky
Luck has nothing to do with it.
Lol lucky?? He is not some 1800 elo player.
The winner is always "lucky" - losers.
@U_r_hopeless
Not the last two, but this one he's been getting very lucky. He survived a losing position against vidit, pragg, hikaru and alireza. And now he converts this losing position into a win too
