Can you make a video on how to release the tension on the first v belt, that bracket with the bolt and two nuts, how do you work that tensioning system? I know the wheel can slide up and down through that inner oval but how does one loosen it? Does it work similar to a ball joint press? I ended up removing the whole bracket with the bottom bolt but I know it has a purpose to loosen the pulley wheel to release tension
